  1. Two awful teams, neither look anywhere near premiership quality. I'm normally a big fan of Armstrong, but today he has been woeful, no idea what he was thinking when he had our best chance of the half. My bet is that we will be playing Leeds next season as well, but not in this league.
  2. Wolves, masters of shithousery, falling about all over the place. Fulham not really in it. Although, that could change...! Great strike, game on.
  3. Makes sense, nobody is going to blame Ruben when we get relegated so it gives him what's left of this season to show what he can do. Reassess at the end of the season and if we find it didn't work we go our separate ways, and bring somebody new in for next season.
  4. Just about sums it up perfectly for me. Absolutely no point swooning about winning at Stamford Bridge and then getting fuck all at Leeds. If our season is going to take an upwards turn then it has to be this game. Unfortunately I think we're done, our front players are woeful finishers, we can't keep relying on the likes of JWP to pull something out of the bag. Win this and things could get interesting, a draw or loss pretty much sees us down. Games are running out, it's now or never.
  5. Its that Evertons new manager bounce done now?
  6. Agree. If there has been no news come Monday afternoon, then it's likely they are going to stick with the clown.
  7. Not a chance.
  8. I'm not at all worried about NJ now, I'm more concerned with who we get to replace him. We are relegated, nobody could turn this clusterfuck around, but what we do need is somebody who can get this lot sorted out for next year. Whoever comes in is pretty much guaranteed to have a relegation added to their CV almost instantly. We ain't the most attractive of propositions for a lot of managers.
  9. Piss poor defenders, Piss poor tactics, Piss poor manager, Piss poor owners, Piss poor everything.
  10. Is it even a contest? If we win the FA Cup this year I'll change my mind, but for now nobody comes close to this Welsh wanker.
  11. Don't, his payoff will more than cover any private care he may require.
  12. Offering to let somebody watch us play.... you call that 'friendly'!!!
  13. What's the point? Really, what is the point? We are down, gone, done, relegated without so much as a whimper. This group of lightweights, under this fraud of a manager will simply roll over at the first sign of trouble. It would be easier to send them the points in the post to save the fans the time, money and heartache. Can you imagine the likes of Gabriel, Magrath, Baĺly, Case or Killer, (and many others who've fought for us) wtf would they be thinking watching this weekly shit show? Unless something drastic happens, Wolves will win, easily.
  14. Don't worry he'll be getting that soon enough. It'll be even tougher for him when we are in league one as well.
  15. You're miles behind mate, I was certain at Christmas. There is no way this shower of shyte are turning this one around. The highlight of our season will be playing the blue few pretty soon.
  16. Bloody awful. Players trying to play passes that were never ever on, losing 50/50 tackles, weak in the air, constantly giving the ball away. As soon as any pressure is bought to bear we wilt all over the pitch, no leadership. We were mediocre up until they scored, after that, not for the first time this season, it was like watching the keystone cops, total panic right across the park. We're through, but we're going to have to play a whole lot better than that to progress any further.
  17. Course we are still in it, this is football, strange things happen. We know exactly what we have to do. We have to go for it, it's a one off game, if we score first and at the right time, who knows what might happen. They get edgy, we get an 88th minute winner. Stranger things have happened. All of that said we could get tonked and I don't fancy us if we go to pens!
  18. Looks like we'll be getting united in the final, 2 nil up at forest just before half time.
  19. Can someone please explain how 'we are close to being a good team' when we are bottom of the bloody league that we are supposed to be competing in?
  20. Better in the second half but still nowhere near good enough to get a result, and nil 1 probably flattered us a bit. Thought the new lad in midfield looked tidy, but when you've got our front line it's pretty difficult to create much. I have to say that the sky coverage was sickening absolutely shyte, the presenter, pundits and commentry team did nothing but wax lyrical about Newcastle from start to finish, we were nothing but the whipping boys for them. It ain't gonna happen, but I would love to go to sjp and wipe the floor with them just to shut them up.
  21. Its obvious that these commentators want to see Newcastle in the final. As far as sky are concerned we are simply making up the numbers.
  22. Not if he managed to keep them up at our expense!
  23. Exactly, it's amazing how dire the situation has to get before the players and management realise that we are up to our eyes in deep smelly stuff. Yes there are 19 or so games to go, but how many points did we manage to amass in our last 19 games. Our form needs to improve drastically in order to survive this season.
