  1. I personally think that if he can’t get in the Spurs side in front of Mr average Hoijberg, it’s a no. Spuds fans think he’s shit, I think he’s shit, and Levy valued him at 35mil. 🤣🤣 Only way I’d want him is on loan, with an agreed valuation. If he’s any good (unlikely!) we sign him, else thanks but no thanks, bye. Likely. I wouldn’t even consider a deal with shister Levy. He’s not worth dealing with. KWP was young and had potential, - Winks isn’t and hasn’t. I’d be gutted if we signed him - just no.
  2. Can’t disagree with that. I just got fed up with seeing them bring subs on that cost more than half our team. I wish I was smart enough to think of a song along to chant at them along the lines of “where would you be without your desert millions…” They have deluded fans who are divorced from the real world of football now. We’ve still won the Champions League as many times as them though 😂😂 Football Is ruined by the bankrolled “big teams” and it ruins it as a spectacle now for me. I wish they would disappear into a super league and leave football for proper teams. I think the turning point was Grealish going off - he was turd today and they played much better without pretty boy..
  3. Looks like Valery coming in to me…
  4. He really has contributed nothing young Smallbone. Got to get Broja on. We look so sluggish, no runs, all static, not enough pace in the side. Change it please Ralph. Defending has been Tyro league, pissing about at the back, crap balls, poor decisions, Salisu playing like he wants to stay next season - eg crap and no one looking at him will be impressed!
  5. How on earth did Sanchez not walk for that challenge? That was an assault on Diaz 😬
  6. We have been on a great run, today was just one of those days where nothing worked out. Missed Salisu for sure, Bednarek and Jack are not a good enough combo at the back - both too slow and don’t read the game as well as Salisu. Hey ho, onto Newcastle and back to winning ways 🤞🤞
  7. Think the result will heavily depend on the strength of the referee - Spurs are masters of buying free kicks and cheating their way through a game. Son and Kane (always in the ref’s ear) are the prime culprits. Hate seeing it, at St Mary’s the audible screams when spurs players dived was cringeworthy. Barring any cheap cheat goals I think we will do alright. 1-2 to Saints 🤞🤞
  8. Bakery what were you thinking 🤦‍♂️
  9. Available in non hd now, but hd channel vanished. Bloody Welshwoman ruin8ng the commentary anyway🤦
  10. Get in there!
  11. Wtf was that Smallbone? No composure whatsoever…🤦‍♂️
  12. So where does this leave children in the rules? I have a 15 year old and a 13 year old who have been single jabbed….Are children now banned? So confusing.
  13. We are in a bit of a slump currently, Arsenal away was never a game you’d pick as winnable, anything other than defeat would be an unexpected bonus. It won’t relegate us… But the team are all over the place. How the hell psychologically does Ralph’s selections affect the team? Lyanco - dropped, but wasn’t the worst last week. Peraud - can’t get in a poor side at left back, because our right back is there. Hello Ralph, wtf? Our captain and leader is so out of form he needs dropping, he adds nothing whatsoever to the side currently, apart from slowing us down with his backwards sideways passing. Elyounoussi is back, but to me adds nothing at all to the side, he’s still too slow and out of his depth in the premier league. Tella has started the last two games but again adds some pace but nothing resembling an end result. Bednarek has lost his bearings and gone from just about average to poor. Our defence last year was porous and poor, so we signed a left back we rarely play (Ralph’s signing), a cheap centre back who is fourth choice and has not improved our starting side at all. He keeps changing the line up, never a settled team. I would like to see Peraud at left back, KWP at right back, Salisu and Stephens (best of a distinctly below average bunch) Romeu and Diallo in CM, Livramento on the right and Redmond left (assuming Mr made of glass Djenepo is injured). Adams and Broja up front. Then stop tinkering. After 3 years you still have no clue about the best starting line up.
  14. This. Lots of teams get spanked by Liverpool. 4-0 not the worst result. Arsenal looked appalling against them last week, we are not alone….
  15. Get in there Saints 😁😁😁😁 Well played boys - kept us on the edge of our seats, but take the 3 points 🏅
  16. This is a Saints nightmare game. Burnley will play deep, 10 players behind the ball, rely on quick breaks and dead ball opportunities. We know Saints are notoriously incapable of breaking down teams who play deep…. We must score first, else Burnley will happily take a 0-0 draw. Sadly I can see 0-0 or 0-1 Burnley being the outcome, with Saints having 70% possession and not being able to unlock the Burnley back lines. Wood scores from a corner…. I hope I’m completely wrong - I have a bet with a guy at work that this will be last up on match of the day tonight…
  17. Get in Broja 😁😁😁😁😁😁
  18. For me:- McCarthy KWP Bednarek Salisu Perraud Livramento Romeu Diallo A Armstrong Broja Djenepo I know it won’t happen because it is 4-3-3 and not the ‘fabled’ 4-2-2-2 but there we go!
  19. Only player looking dangerous for England is Grealish. So he gets subbed off 🙄. Kane who has been dogshit is England’s equivalent of Redmond and stays on regardless….
  20. Bednarek with some absolutely dire, weak defending. Out muscled by someone half his size. Crap.
  21. Fab performance Saints and an exceptional point. Well played, tactically spot on Ralph, let’s get our first win now against Wolves next week. Come on Saints 😀
  22. Enjoyed the game, our defence played very well - McCarthy was also faultless. JWP, Redmond, Moi all pretty anonymous the whole match. Broja looked a real handful when he came on - please start him next match! watching from the family centre it struck me that our defenders would be looking up to pass the ball out and our entire midfield and forwards were not making any runs, no movement at all. Just no one to play the ball out to. Throughout the whole game we were just stood there, shocking lack of movement everywhere. No idea why. Livramento is so full of running when he’s on the ball, some of our other players need to follow his lead. Good point, could have been three if Redmond took an early shot, and Broja had some luck near the end. Encouraging Saints.
  23. I love Djenepo’s unpredictability, he can beat a player, just needs more end result - decent cross or a shot. There is a decent player in there, but understand why he is not a popular starting choice.
  24. Good performance undone by lack of concentration in places. Before the game a point would have been a good outcome, should have won it though, almost lost it, got the deserved point - credit JWP for a cool head under pressure with the pen. still conceding too many goals - 6 in 3 games now, we haven’t solved the too easy to score against problem yet…
  25. Exactly as you say 👍
