I agree but there is obviously only evidence we did it 3 times so even we wouldn’t be so stupid to admit we have been doing it all the time under Tonder this season. So we can only considered on the basis it was 3 games

Fielding an ineligible player is far worse than watching training sessions imo. That player can directly affect that game. As the results showed watching training doesn’t equal a win on the pitch. for both to incur kicking out a competition is unfair imo

I mean we won’t be reinstated but if we were would you be wanting Tonda still to manage it? He and Spors (plus anyone else involved) should be sacked regardless of if we are in play off final or not. He and Spors will go onto other clubs in Europe and players will move on, leaving the fans to deal with their actions.

I still question, if this all happened in Dec what punishment would have been given then? I’m sure it would have been a fine and points deduction. why just because one of them was a play off game should you get kicked out? Would they have kicked you out the league in Dec, no.

They should have at least acknowledged it though. A holding statement, disappointment at decision and appealing etc but nothing feels like another two fingers up to the fans

So if we were kicked out of the play offs, you think we would just accept that? No chance, not with the impact of players we would lose etc. we would appeal it and that would then take time. What they gonna do delay the final until the appeal has been heard. No chance!

When Leeds got in trouble for it the rule setters (EFL / FA?) didn’t change the rules to ban what Leeds did, they just introduced a time frame you couldn’t do it. Within 72hrs of a game. it must happen a lot tbh, especially with technology these days.

So the rule being broken was that it was within 72hrs of a match then? Hardly a massive crime

It’s still gonna be tricky, due to Ipswich. Ultimately we need to target 4 wins and see where it ends us up. i week ago we were talking about trying to get into the play offs and now we are as good as in them targeting automatics. Aim for autos but if worst case is top 4 and a home tie in the second leg of the play offs then I’d still fancy our chances, given our form.

3rd place is our most likely aim imo. Get 6th place in play offs and home tie second leg

For forwards if Arma is a sale we need to buy a replacement of Archer is a loan I’ll happily take a loan in too. we need 3 forwards though, another taller guy and maybe someone who offers something different. if we only get one in thst it’s a very dangerous game, Stewart can’t play every game and the youngster yesterday looked a bit lost and not ready for first team.

The forward I said in the summer we should get on loan was Taiwo Awoniyi from Forest but he scored this afternoon so maybe being given another chance with them.

There are no leaders in the team. Romeu could have been that but he’s nowhere to he seen. arma isn’t a leader, maybe THB is the best of what we have?

I think it was the right call to sell him, he had a few loans an hadn’t done anything and wasn’t at the level we needed. Was no point keeping in the b team as was too good for that level. Whether he can do it higher than L1 we don’t know but hopefully we have a sell on so we get more cash when he moves on in the summer lol

SR either need to totally change their approach with us, including those running it or they need to sell up.
