What happens if two parties finish on the same number of seats?

Going to the game vs Southend with a few friends and we are planning on going out for a meal afterwards. Not living in southampton not sure where is good. Looking for somewhere thats about £15 for a main course but caters for veggies too. Has anyone got any suggestions please?

I guess he brought James on at half time to try and do a better job than Wotton. Then when the goal didn't come we took off the holding defender to play an attacking player. In hindsight a wasted sub but if James would have scored or set up a goal nobody would be questioning it.
