But they are not even part of the court case. It is PKF Vs Chinny. And, even if PKF win, it is't the Trust who will be purchasing it is the Property Developer. Plus, it wouldn't make one jot of difference whether they had 10p or 10 million quid as to what valuation the judge will put on the land. You know, I know and every other sane person knows they are just hiding the numbers to save face.

Chill due. They are now known as 'The Straits'. I saw then in concert here in Minsk only last month. They were superb, and my missus is now a huge fan. Which reminds me, Mrs Minsk has an HTC Wildfire. It must be very easy to use if she can manage it!

And AOX. I hope they both have a great game. (and as I was writing that Reading should have scored.)
-
Ahhh, yeh, that rings a bell now. Thanks.

In the Russian alphabet the letter 'B' is pronounced 'V'. So try saying it in a Russian accent - Vanker See, he most certainly is!!

This. Especially as a Sunderland win would put them back above us. A draw or loss would keep them below us. Follow that with a dicking at Old Trafford and then we could put space between us when we play them. i don't want us dropping back into the bottom three before we next play.

I think something like this is quite likely. A highly amusing one would be: for the judge to agree the sale of Fatpipes for 2.5m but with a stipulation that ANY profit on any development of the land has to paid to Chinny up to a total value of his charge over it. It would be very interesting to see if the property developers maintain their interest; whilst, at the same time, it would be within the valuation for the PST to be obliged to press ahead.

Ah, I see. Cheers Clapham.

In this Farm Boy says it is PKF going to court against Chinny, in order to convince the judge that the fee the PDT want to pay for Fatpipes is in the best interests of the creditors. This immediately brings 2 questions to mind: 1. If it is PKF going to court why are the PDT worried about court costs? 2. How could Birch tell the judge this is in the best interest of the creditors when the primary creditor is in the same court saying the opposite?

Yes, and ever so slightly camp one at that. By the way, why do they keep peddling the 'biggest fan owned club' myth? Biggest in what way? Biggest cheats - tick; biggest tax dodgers - tick; biggest charity thieves - tick. But not biggest in trust members, highest in league position (if that could even remotely be meant to be biggest), or in any other way I can think of.

Excellent as always RB.

Good post, and that's even without pointing out the obvious that IF the deal goes ahead they will, most probably, have a MAJORITY OWNERSHIP of PROPERTY DEVELOPERS NOT FANS.
-
And there was me getting excited about it being live on TV here. Don't think I'll bother watching now. Thanks for letting me know what will happen beforehand.

I think you should go on hunger strike until is sorted out. Any real man would. Or, at least, stop posting in protest until it is better........ And, you never know, the imaginary Mrs Turkish might even appreciate the extra time and attention you could give to her...................

Disappointed not to win, especially in the manner of their goal, but at least unbeaten in 4.

Rickie, you beauty!!!!!!

Come on Saints!!! Get a third win in row!!!!!!! Listening on Saints Player, but which north London/Scouse match to watch on TV?
-
Both matches going exactly how I want them to at half-time. Hope they both stay 0-0.
-
Watching it here, and I fully agree.

'Arry will sign him in January.
-
He hasn't forgotten the money owed to him either!!

I would prefer 2 draws. Failing that, home wins. The Villa/Reading match is on TV here, so it will be a late night for me (doesn't kick-off until 2245 local time).
-
Beat me to it. I was going to ask the same thing.

Three left-backs........ But I agree with one thing she said, I would also love Bale back here and Spuds would be much worse without him.
