  1. "Assistant referee runs for his life" http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2984695/Aston-Villa-fan-needed-bloody-wound-GLUED-West-Brom-supporters-hurl-seats-rivals.html All we need now is the it resembled a scene from Braveheart and the 80 year old man and 8 month pregnant women who were cowering with fear for a football disturbance full house
  2. Why I try to make sense of it all I always think what i did when I got Sheffield United to the premier league on FM08.
  3. Great idea. I'll be at front in my 2012/13 shirt with 'Seaborne' on the back.
  4. Completely agree. If the treatment of Billy was an isolated incident perhaps it would be forgivable but there seemed to be a culture at club at the time of treating players little better than slaves. When you add in the shocking treatment of people like Bernard, De Ridder, Dickson not to mention how due to Adkins poor man management skills players such as Forecast were turned Into figures of fun by the fan base we really should forever be ashamed of how we as a club ruined the careers of these professionals. We will never know if they were good enough for top flight because of the deplorable treatment they received here. Perhaps it's time to get an online petition going to encourage those at the club to issue a statement of apology to the former fringe players at the club who through no fault of their own never got the chance to taste top flight football? I feel that that may be the only way we can eve move on from that sorry period in our history.
  5. Ever heard the saying 'a woman's work is never done' young Andy? Perhaps that's why they get paid less.
  6. You're a very dull and odd young man, aren't you young Andy.
  7. I always celebrate world intellectual property day, it's a cracker.
  8. The mayor of a town in chile has organised a raffle to celebrate. Top prize a washing machine. I kid you not
  9. Some of the reaction is beyond the pale. I've just read a gloriously hysterical article 'Football returns to the dark ages' , 1000 words about how disgusting it all was then in closing come out with this little gem 'many fans were on there in celebration but this is besides the point' - so not a return to the dark ages at all then. 'Like a scene from the 80s' Couldn't tell the difference myself
  10. We don't need a special day when it's mans world.
  11. Are they all cooking their partners a special meal to celebrate?
  12. £130 season tickets yes?
  13. We need the board to show the ambition of the previous CEO who spent £27m on two attacking player paying one of them 2 million euros a year nett and another £60k a week. When we can pay that for players who get less than 10 goals between them in 3 season, imagine what we should pay decent players who contribute. That's the sort of ambition we need. The previous CEO told everyone what we were going to do and wasn't scared of spending big.
  14. I know a good pill for depression. It's called trycoxagain.
  15. Can't believe the dopy cow expected anything else.
  16. You're right. mrs Turdish is always saying how she likes real men yet when I scratch my balls and fart whilst drinking a can of Stella she says its disgusting. You can't win.
  17. What's the Birmingham Bully boy club??!
  18. Young Andy was right as usual
  19. How did the colleague you were speaking to respond to the complement she gave him?
  20. Imagine if the world was run by women. There would be no wars fuelled by male testosterone, but the world would be full of jealous countries who don't talk to each other.
  21. They're good probation officers though, they never let anyone finish a sentence.
  22. Personally I think they should encourage more women to join the army. Surely it'd be an advantage to have soldiers who can bleed for a week and not die.
  23. It was on a day when I was "working from home" 25 stone and something like 65% body fat on Jeremy Kyle.
  24. Not really like for like. Baines is in his 30s now so hardly the long term solution for left backs at any of the big clubs and is he really that good anyway? He's decent but not great. Same goes for Coleman, a competent full back and good for a club outside the top 4 or 5 but top 4 standard? I think not. Barclay will inevitably leave, but despite the hype again I'm far from convinced he's going to live up to his billing. He clearly has some talent but how many times have we said that before about young English players and thy fade into obscurity. Again when you look at the very top clubs is he as good as what they have already? You'd have to say not. Morgan however would instantly improve arsenal and man United and is easily good enough for a top club in any top league. He is already a class act, I'd be amazed if he is a saints player at the start of next season simply because he is better than the level we are at.
