  1. I remember 3000 Cardiff fans singing at Anfield about the chairman having a riot on his hands if McKay was sacked. Has it happened yet or did they meekly suck it all up and clap Ole Gunnar Soljeskar to the dug out every week?
  2. It's meant to be almost there and due to be completed by the summer, a few months behind schedule but the pictures I've seen look fantastic.
  3. Yeah that's exactly what i implied wasn't it pal. Think you need to stop making things up and read posts properly, afterall, that is what you play and not the poster isn't it pal.
  4. No, we're agreeing. Just saying he isn't the only full back like that, most of them are. to be blunt i dont actually rate any of the current right back options.
  5. clearly a plum who doesn't know what he's talking about. http://metro.co.uk/2014/01/21/roy-hodgson-should-take-a-long-hard-look-at-saido-berahino-4267681/ http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/15198/8942718/scout-saido-berahino http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2486058/England-West-Broms-Saido-Berahino.html Keep 'em coming pal.
  6. that you are pal, that you are.
  7. Started most of their games since Shane Long left, good record at U21 level and looks a really exciting player. 8 goals in 24 matches this season, I'd imagine he'll be featuring a lot more now Anelka is suspended. He looks a great prospect and as i say, WBA might well be asking why hes not being considered when he's the definitely one for future and an out of form 32 year old is. .
  8. I'm sure WBA fans might be thinking why are England picking a 32 year old out of form Rickie Lambert when Saido Berahino is having a decent season and looks like a great prospect for the future. Of course, it's alll just comparing apples with pears from the mongboard good and great.
  9. Oh no sunshine, thats definitely how it is!! Called out don't make me laugh. Following me around, copying things I say, quoting me from other forums in compeltely unrelated threads to prove your invente point, now cecking your post history now to see what you've said about me. Still you keep "playing the post not the poster"
  10. Good to see you're positioning yourself as the mongboard vigilante. Doing so by constantly followning me around, making up arguments that dont exist and saying things people said that they didn't. Even posting things said in jest on other forums which you've totally misquoted in pathetic attempts to make a point that doesn't even exist. Excellent work pal, it's me that should be flattered you devote so much time to what i post.
  11. You're a proper wierdo stalker aren't you pal.
  12. He's never caused panic on the streets of Carlise He's an average record on Humberside I wonder to myself Do we over rate him? is he as good as we say he is? He's scored at Dundee and honeypie hes scored at Chelsea! but could he shoot down Ipswich town??????? Jay Rodriguez, Jay Rodriguez Jay Rodriguez, Jay Rodriguez
  13. Do you think the two are linked? The club started doing well because these players started performing better? Or are you suggesting that Shaw, Lallana and Rodriguez were playnig just as well last season?
  14. Apart from it being factually incorrect. Jay Rodriguez has never played against Dundee United or Dundee or in Dublin so to suggest he causes Panic there is merely specualtion. Also his record against Hull is pretty dreadful, no goals in two premier league games so to suggest his causes panic there and "scores everywhere" is prehaps at best overstating his ability. As for Carlise, as Burnley were a divison apart from Carlise it's highly likely he's never played there either. SO in fact song should read more along the lines of He's never caused panic on the streets of Carlise He's an appauling record on Humberside I wonder to myself Do we over rate him? is he as good as we say he is? I wonder to myself Jay Rodriguez, Jay Rodriguez Jay Rodriguez, Jay Rodriguez
  15. the same could be said for most full backs that England like to use. Walker, Baines, Johnson, are all also nothing special defensively but okay going forward. I suspect this is more to do with the way the moern full back is used, many team use them as much for their attacking ability as defensive responsibility these days. Hence the reason why a player like the much maligned James Milner are used by England on the right to cover the full back attacking. You cant have 11 players all galloping forward at the same time.
  16. I cant be antisematic as i've got a good jewish friends. I also cant be a peaodophile because some of my best friends are children.
  17. So for once in his life let Jay get what he wants lord knows it'll be the first time *Clap clap clap clap clap clap clap clap*
  18. HOw can we shoe horn "one Jay Rodriguez" *clap clap clap clap clap clap clap* into the tune of What difference does it make?
  19. He was a fantastic centre half and perhaps unfortunate to have been around when England had quite a few quality centre halves otherwise he'd surely have got a few England caps. Remember him suffering from illness and dizzy spells when he was at spurs which caused him to retire early and it was a real shock to hear he'd died, was it a brain rumour? Lovely fella by all accounts.

  22. Come on Mikey, that's not how it works. Why use logic, reason and do your research when you can leap to be offended because someone tells you you should be.
  23. Baz is right. When no saints players were making the England sqauds people on here used to bellyache about it being disgusting that players from big clubs who weren't playing well were being selected ahead of our favourites. It should be based on players who are in form. Now one of ours who is out of form has been picked then that's fine. Also makes the endless bleating from a year ago about everyone hating Southampton and Hodgson only picks players from big clubs a little embarrassing as well doesn't it.
  24. Careful pal. I got crucified on here a while back for listing the French midfield selected in a squad and including Ribery and Grenier in the list. Apparently I didn't have a clue what I was talking about because no way would Ribery, Grenier and Schniderlin be competing for the same places.
