Exactly. According to a recent poll 33% of football fans these days are women and 16% are of black or Asian origin. Sadly jonesus still seems to be a knuckle dragger stuck in the 80s presuming football is a sport solely for young white males. It could just as easily be sung to the over one in three women in the crowd or the Muslims where homosexuality is forbidden so out of the question they would have a boyfriend so wouldn't apply to them.
