It's all going to be funded out of Dragons "hundreds of millions" and if it it becomes a ghost town none of it matters as we got our 6k capacity increase.

exactly right. This topic has been done to death over the years but people still quote this line about it not impacting PSR rules. It's simple economics which some really struggle to get their head rounds. It still has to be financed somehow. Be it the 10s of millions for stadium expansion or the hundreds of millions to stick a hotel, office block and resturant on the site still has to be paid back somehow. It isn't going to come from a magic money pot that suddenly appears to cover all these costs of building and running the complex. It isn't going to be because the owner is a great guy and happy to spunk his hundreds of millions without expecting a penny back to fulfil his lifelong ambition of owning a resturant and hotel next to a football stadium in Southampton. Quite simply If there isn't the ROI it isn't going to happen but that wont stop some people getting very, very excited about it all every time it gets mentioned
