  2. Maybe it's because there are a lot of similarities, no?
  3. Waaah, waaaah, Waah and the formation is wrong and we've signed Boruc this week, Waah Waah, waaah, i hate the media, I hate all pundits, they are sh*t.

  5. Why are they using the old colours for the kit we used to play in? Should really have been all red with a very thin white pinstripe.
  6. It's fashionable fella. Arthur, Charlie, Alfie, Frank, Harry, Henry & Jack. All old school names and also names of kids I know.

  8. Do you follow a particular programme Adrian?
  9. To be honest mate, it's a gym at home, so i'd pay for the best quality i could afford was. Paid about £45 for my 16kg via my instructor, so i'd shop around for a Dragon Door or Fitness mad one. I'lll be getting a 24kg one soon, so i'll be looking at paying about £80-£90 for that.
  10. Enter the Kettlebell is also a really good book to buy.
  11. Your level of fitness depends on what one to start with. The recomended one for a normal bloke of average fitness is a 16kg one. The instructor that trained me uses this company http://www.fitness-mad.com/products/search?keywords=kettlebells http://www.dragondoor.com Dragon Door also do good quaity ones. Some people will say it doesn't matter what one you use but if your serious about taking it up and want to progress to a decent level then you need a cast iron one with a good solid grip on it and overall it has to just feel right, you'll know what i mean when you go from using a decent quality one to a crap one. Our gym also has some cheaper ones and some decent ones and you can really feel the difference between them. You'll end up with all sorts of blisters and callouses if the handle isn't right. The thing to remember is whilst it may not look much, you're throwing around something weight of a case you'd take on holiday for 20 minutes at a time! They might seem expensive initally but they'll last years and the great thing is that you can get your kettlebell out anytime and so it anywhere. I've been a bit slack the last month or so but you can go out and do a 20 minute blast in the garden or garage any time. It's also worth finding a local club and doing an induction to learn the basic moves properly, the swing, clean and press, snatch and turkish get up, the basic idea is that all the power comes from your core with your arms really just supporting the movement, you see loads of people get their technique wrong though and have the KB flying all over the place as their using their arms and shoulders rather than core. They are a brilliant tool though and excellent for an all over conditioning and strengthening work out.
  12. It keeps me grounded.
  13. Yep, he used to live not far from me. He also came to our school with Danny Wallace and gave a talk on Saints and being a pro footballer at school assembly. I dont remember if he was ever found guilty of anything but there were lots of rumours and im sure he was charged with something.
  14. Yep, i've lived in London, Sussex and Yorkshire, they have accents, i dont.
  15. I dont have an accent, accents are for northerners, farmers, cockneys and c*nts.
  16. Must be the same person that you charged. Just showed her "missing" thing on the telly. She ran away from home in Portsmouth in 2000 and was in a relationship with a 32 year old maths teacher.
  17. Girl on this Morning who ran off with a Maths teacher!! What is it about them?!!
  18. It's not really cheating if you're both in a relationship.......
  19. Yep,there certainly is. She is the exception to the rule.
  20. No, just made sure I could trump them if they ever did have something to say.
