  1. LNER? The azumas are good, comfortable and food is half decent. Still crazy money for a ticket mind
  2. Same for me, usually go first class if it’s work. Standard if I’m paying.
  3. My boss cannot believe it costs me 280 quid to go from Harrogate to London, he lives in Milan and it's twice as far to Rome and costs him 60 euros.
  4. Jordan Sibley from Corteses gofer to head of PR
  5. Wasnt there an issue with his insurance due to his injury that meant we couldn't sign him permanently?
  6. probably fair given Alderweireld gave us a whole season and was excellent Ekeland was a brilliant player but he had problems with his back which effectively ruined any chance he had of player top level football, i believe he only played for us about 15 times but the fact that everyone remembers him so much shows just how good he was.
  7. anyone in the building industry know if the industry have found a solution in the last quarter of a century to the issue with the foundations of the Itchen stand making expansion prohibitive?
  8. Its because if we signed young players they are hungry and guaranteed to improve If we sign older players then they're guaranteed to be good guys who will teach the ones so they can take their place in the team that said, experience in certain positions is vital, i'd rather have a decent experienced goalkeeper and centre back at the spine of my team than a group of YHTGTIers
  9. The difference between us is Bearsy tried to be a comedian, i dont. I do this stuff for you guys, it's not about me. Bearsy it was about him.
  10. This hilarious bantz of lads, lads, lads on stag dos making the stag wear the shirt of their teams rivals. It was mildly amusing the first time it was done 25 years ago but the 12474738352423 times since with everyone loling of their genius humour to stitch up the stag in such an original way it’s very tiresome now
  11. ❤️ of course he has a whale of a time whilst he was here not on the pitch unfortunately surprised no one mentioned Albert Gronbaek yet, what a signing!

Quiet on here today, are we all still alive?
  14. Pretty damning that his biggest achievement at Saints was buying a player off us we are desperately trying to sell
  15. It’s giving birds football a run for its money in the popularity stakes
  16. He’s been gone for two years mate 😂
  17. cant see it. Norwich rejected a big bid from Porto a few days ago, plus Forest meant to be interested.
  18. I’ve spent this week being laser focused whilst doubling down on key prospects. It’s all about accretive business which we can from nailing our GTM strategy at next weeks town hall.

Im sure we can turn this around, We managed to stop Acid Rain by stopping using so much hair spray, so maybe something as simple as a change in hairstyle fashion can stop this disaster.

    Coronavirus

I see there is a new strain ripping through the country. Symptoms appear to be exactly like hay fever but can lead to serious illness. Very worrying times https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/health/hay-fever-covid-how-tell-31878973

    The Heat

Here we go Bro, we're being warned right now on ITV. Driest March in 60 years, warmest April on record and a pretty warm May with reservoir levels at their lowest since 2022, 3000 excess deaths back then. Scary times with amber alerts everywhere in the UK. The heat is gonna impact all of us an expert has just told us.
  22. Obviously but that’s comparing great players to shit ones. If there were two players like for like one’s biggest attributes were speed and strength the others was first touch and great technique the vast majority of people watching the game in this country would say the fast strong one was the better player, they aren’t. Better athlete yes, better footballer no.
  23. The frustrating thing is you see this 1000000000 times. I’ve spent the last 5 years of my life in grassroots football and the technically better players are 90/100 overlooked because stronger, faster players get preferred over and over again. pace and power excites people in England technique doesn’t, I bet you the majority of fans would rather watch quick, fast players over the likes Bernardo Silva, Iniesta, Xavi etc they are much better footballs but not spectacular players. Parents and coaches still want the big fast kids the small Ones who are better footballers get ruined

I surprised there hasn’t been anyone showing us how this current good weather isn’t the result of global warming.
