  1. I'm sure he'd see the humour in it. Plus Italians have been know for their class and style. We could start by dressing better in the stands at SMS, honestly, we have some scruffy mugs in our fan base FFS
  2. Oh i forget, you were the bloke that was getting grief from his bird to choose a season ticket over an engagement ring. Well let me tell you sweetheart, choose the engagement ring and your relationship is doomed to fail, She'll see you as a weak pathetic chump who crumbles at any pressure. Give it a couple of years of boredom and dominating you she'll be off f*cking any bloke that shows her a bit of attention while you are at home crying yourself to sleep into your pillow, shi**ing youself about what she might be getting up to. My mantra in life is me first, me second and if there is anything left i'll have it. Also regret the things you do do, not the things you dont. Ie smash what you can, take what you cant, f*ck anyone else, seems to work alright for me. Of course you lily livered "i'm in love" morons will have to get over your own limp wristeness and deal with a world of eternal rejection and heartbreak. Good luck son.
  3. None of them in my eyes. They play for us so deserve our support when wearing the red and white or the sash. it's only the mugs on here that moan and critise the current players who deserve a slating. A lot of our fans need a huge dose of reality FFS.
  4. You'll be saying Fonte is the best centre half we've ever had next you plum.
  5. believe me fella, 30 is the new 20. I am fighting more women off now than i was in my 20's. It's a fact. More confiedent, more cash in the pocket, better clothes etc etc, long may it continue.
  6. Because you arrogantly assumed he is the greatest keeper we've ever had. People have pointed out that there are at least two who were as good as, if not better in recent memory, including the keeper widely regarded as the best in the world at the time and the second best English goalkeeper ever, who played for Saints not in the 20's or 30's but in the 80's, so relatively recently.
  7. Bloody hell. Half what i thought you'd be.
  8. Dont forget Verbal, he's bowed to pressure and made two or three posts on this board this week FFS.
  9. Seriously? From your posts i assumed you were about 50 or older FFS.
  10. The small matter of Tim Flowers being the best young English goalkeeper around getting his England debut whilst with us. Dont forget Dave Bessant as well FFS. And the insult because you are an irritanting *****. FFS
  11. Looking at the others i dont think there is anyone i'd swap him for. He may not get it right everytime but which successful people please all of the people all of the time? I can honestly see 25 years into the future and see a statue erected in his honour and him being the modern Ted Bates or us playing in the Cortese Stadium. This guy is taking us places and i for one think we should start honouring him at matches. The Cortese song is sh*t and embarassing. I'd say some more subtle support, such as everyone going to away games in Mafia fancy dress or something similar to honour his Italian roots? How about we get the Saints trust to organise a weekend showing of all the godfather films, invite Super Nicky along and drink Cianti all weekend? This guy is class and we need to start acting with class or he'll be pull the plug on us FFS.
  12. Post 93 actually, you irritanting *****.
  13. You and the other posters supporting Deppo are forgetting that the internet and this forum are a serious business. FFS
  14. and possibly Tim Flowers, got his first England cap whilst with us, great keeper and a great bloke.
  15. I dont care what happens, s'long as Cortese stays, without him we are nuffink.
  16. Oh and buy a fat monitor, not losing weight does not always mean not losing fat. If you're doing weights you could be putting on muscle but not losing weight, muscle is 3 times heavier than fat. A normal bloke should and a body fat % of 15-20% to be healthy. Elite athletes have 10% or below, if you want a 6 pack, you're gonna have to get down to that sort of levels, it aint easy.
  17. The good thing about spinning is you can make it as hard or as easy as you want depending on what resistance you set the bike to. The instructor will advise you but it's down to how you feel and what you can cope with. It's good for calorie burning as you do all sorts of things, sprints, intervals, slow pace, hill climbs etc. I find road running incredibly boring but some people love it.
  18. a low carb high protein diet, cut out bread, pasta, potatoes and especially alcohol and fried food. Interval training is good for burning calories, anything that gets your heart rate going up and down. Circuit training is good and when you're doing weights do 3 sets of 12-15 reps per excercise. A mate of mine lost nearly 2 stone in 3 months from doing spinning classes 3 times a week and watching what he ate and drank. Dont go mad, over train and expect it all to come off straight away though, too many people throw themselves into it and when they dont get results straight away give up or binge which makes training hard pointless. To keep it off has to be a lifestyle chance though, you can have the treats now and again but you've got to maintain a healthy balanced diet and a rigourous excercise regime. So much of it is down to diet though, think of your body like a car, put sh*t fuel into it it'll run like sh*t, put quality fuel in it it'll run a lot better.
  19. Tender To The End The Universal
  20. Gone right off Lacoste, the quality of the last two i've bought has been poor, not fakes as bought from high street shops. They've gone out of shape quickly and looked shabby, plus you see far too many of them around these days. The quality of Ralph Lauren ones is much better and the Boss ones are good and can be picked up for 35 sheets each from Bicester.
  21. If Deppo is reinstated then it will show tha Baj is a weak leader. Baj is not this, he is a strong and powerful leader, a true warrior king who has achieved his lofty position of site owner and moderator by running this forum with a fist of iron. He has been subject to abuse from the proletariat in times gone by but he is unswerved in his desire to keep hold of his powerful position and to continue to surpress the masses and quash any uprising. It is a battle you will never win, Baj will crush and exterminate any insubordination, his power is and alwasy well be overwhelming, no one can remove his finger from the infraction and ban tabs, not even God can stop him! I fear Deppo is gone forever, but let his loss not be in vain, lets all learn from this and move on. Finally now we can recognise the power of Baj, we have seen the consequences of DEppos sins, we have seen how quickly and effortlessly Baj can snuff out uprising. It's time to crown Baj Forum master and Lord and bow down before. Baj i salute you, i kneel before you and kiss the ring on your finger and pledge my unwavering support for your rule. Deppo is Dead, Long Live King Baj.
  22. Is this the same grapevine that told you we were signing Charlie Austin??
  23. But Chamberlain made Garry Borrowdale look a mug and got him sent off by skinning him, he skinned the D&R left back all day, are you saying he would make different decisions against Ashely Cole and Gareth Bale? How can this be, when the standard of opposition doesn't matter?
  24. But surely with his "great football brain" which is better than current England internationals, it wont matter which side he plays on, he'd easily be able to adapt.
