He was making a point about breaking laws and i was merely making the point that in some countries and in the not to distant past in this very country, homosexuality was illegal. I am sure in the 30's and 40's homosexuals were viewed as sick and immoral, certainly most of our grandparents would have held that view. There is nothing wrong with holiding traditional moral values, repecting the traditional family unit for example. This country was a lot less f*cked up, with a lot fewer people with "mental problems" when people did.
