Did he touch it though or did he miss the ball? I can’t remember I remember captain Jack getting on the end of it after downs fucked up
-
How many times has he touched the ball in a saints shirt? In the games I’ve seen him he’s barely touched it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s less than 10
-
He reminds me a bit of Gaston Ramirez however without that Villa game to fall back on as proof he clearly has talent
-
Just done it again and it’s suggest Allegri and Zidane 😂
-
I’d prefer Carrick but would take either
-
Alfie Jones another one we got rid of currently second with Boro. Them two or the combined £30m we spent on our current superstars
-
Particularly Boro after we signed their best player and Stoke who is the default suggestion as to who we are going to become if we don’t go up this year. I’d take that right now
-
It’s given me Danny Rohl, Gary O’Neill, Steven Gerrard, Ralph and Micheal Carrick with Rohl as top choice 🤔🤷♂️
-
Imagine being such a little dweeb that someone had you running round doing that for them 😂😂
-
He obviously isn’t. What did he get something like 12 goals and 14 assists last season. Like so many as soon as they pull on a saints shirt they become shit
-
I don’t mind that to be honest at least it shows a bit of bollocks and fight not the pusies we’ve got and their we’ve got to be better then repeat the same crap every week

Gambles that fail yet our best managers of recent years have been Hoddle Adkins Pochetino Koeman what do they all have in common? Top players and/or experienced managers who knew the league. Pochetino was a gamble admittedly but he did have a bit of an aura about him and had been an Argentina international player. koeman and Hoddle were both and Adkins knew the lower leagues inside out. So why do we keep up with these trying to be clever shit?

Get AI to do it, nothing would surprise me with these clowns

My preferred choice was Steve Cooper, if you read the first few pages of this thread the reactions were mainly very positive. It’s really hard to understand how someone with such a reputation has been so completely terrible
-
The first few pages of this thread are all positive. I include myself in that. he came here with a reputation and was regarded as one of the best young coaches in Europe. Yet you watch games and think this can’t be it, but it seems like it is. The only thing I can think of that explain how terrible he’s been is he is being told he has to play a certain way because it just doesn’t make any sense how bad it is given the players we’ve got and the reputation he has.

Wouldn’t it be ironic that we gave our French bros 5m to get out the third tier and we end up there ourselves?
-
Don’t worry guys the benefits of the multi club system will start to come to fruition very soon
-
I got a feeling this is when our season starts. Damion Downs WILL score
-
I don’t know, however it does seem weird that you’d have a preferred formation, have the players to play it yet persist with a completely different formation that isn’t working
-
It seems bizarre to have players to play 4-2-3-1 say it’s your favourite formation and want to play it, but not do it, especially when it’s clear what we are doing isn’t working
-
Didn’t Brentford play a similar style to what we’re playing now? Has this got a if it isn’t broken break it paw prints all over it?
-
I was I’ve made no secret of it, thought he’d been good he’s been worse than we could possibly imagine
-
Me too I was excited by him he’s been awful
-
What’s our XG? That’ll give us a better idea of how we’re doing
-
It’s rigged in our favour and we still fuck it up
