Me and Da Boyz went through a stage of doing that down at Prague Junction in Fareham on a thursday night. Used to be able to get the train down from Bitterne to Fareham, Prague was right outside, used to go in there and quite literally be Southampton boys, we are here, shag your women and drink you beer. used to have a few of Pompey show up from time to time but they were always easily dealt with to the point where one of them came up to us after we'd chased them all over Fareham saying "can you not tell anyone at college about this, it's embarassing" 🤣

If you want to test yourself as an example of what we get up into try these workouts Helen 3 rounds for time of 400 metre run 21 Kettle bell swings (24kg kettlebell) 12 pull ups Grace For time - 30 clean and jerks at 60kg bar bell DT 5 rounds for time with 70kg bar bell 12 deadlifts 9 hanging power cleans 6 clean and jerks Cindy As many rounds as possible in 20 mins 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats or if you like running Murph (we do this once a year as respect to fallen soldiers) 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 press ups 300 squats 1 mile run

To be fair, she did recommend a book for Sog, about a silly young girl that got stuck in a cupboard, cant remember the name of it but she said that fella Soggy would think it was comedy.

The pub is a dying thing. Of course back in the day the Warrens and the Painted Wagon were the strong hold of Saints more lively support. Both before my time but early years at SMS the Parkside and then Z bar. Remember walking past the Painted Wagon in whatever name it was called then after as a kid and being told that was a place to avoid, how wrong they were, it was a place to be 🤣 Local pubs from in and around the area i used to go to from time to time The Hinkler, The Bitterne Brewery, The Target, the Ark. for a long time lived near the Castle in Midanbury. Although not known for being a tough pub it went through a bit of a dodgy spell in the mid 2000s. My father in law came down from up north one day and the first time i took him to my local, within minutes a door flew open and a ash tray went flying through the door with three lads scrapping in the lounge bar. He grew up in a rough part of Leeds, looked at me and said "bit rough in here lad" 🤣. Another time on a friday night at closing time a firebomb was thrown through the window. SO come on, share your stories, memories, thoughts. Potential to be a good thread unless some of the forum weirdos pipe up

I’m not defending him. I would suggest that someone ranting, typing and typing and demanding evidence that stands up in court to prove something on a football mongboard firstly takes these things way too seriously and secondly has an unhealthy fixation with the people involved

Having thought about it i actually agree with Sog. Finding real hard evidence with posts that would stand up in court is a very good idea given that he's spent the last 3-4 years or so calling lots of people on this forum racist, tommy robinson, Trump supporting right wing gammons. So whilst he's at it maybe he can provide some hard evidence that would stand up in court as to his repeated claims against the many people he has called racist over the years. Still waiting for the Sotonians posts, shouldn't be that hard to find, or was it yet another lie?
