I think its fantastic that we are buying clubs and loaning them players to see how they develop. Its a much better way of doing things that buying players and loaning them to clubs you dont own which is the way they've done things for decades. Much like buying young players at inflated prices from other clubs you own, i cant believe these others naive, stupid clubs haven't also bought other clubs to copy us.

we all know how this pans out, With the biggest budget in the league aside from Celtic, he'll implement his philosophy up there being able to buy the best players in the Scottish league where he will have some success and be hailed as one of the best young coaches around. 2 or so years time some hipster premier league chairman buys the hype, appoints him and in a stronger league with lesser players he'll be exposed again.
