Usual from what I saw. Still needs to define a true role for himself IMO. Too lightweight to be a true defensive midfielder and not attacking enough to play further forward. Very good technical player of course so Im sure it will come in time.

It totally contradicts all the boardroom statements including Krueger's last Sunday that we need a sustainable model. We talk about this report because it appears good news but every other report and Journalist says MP will be going to Spurs. Lets just hope we replace one class Manager with another and not some pillock like Mackay or Steve Clarke. Hopefully another foreign Manager who actually has a playing style.

We could end up with 80m in the bank from a series of "great deals" and an ultra **** team on the pitch. Us, as fans, don't benefit in any way from our best players being sold. £100m for Bale was crazy money, but any Spurs fan would rather be watching Bale every week. When we have sold other players for decent cash we have never seen a benefit from it, and this would be no different. If you personally got the £20m the of course, but you get nothing. Never understand why fans are bothered about incoming fees, its like they think they get a cut, or the tickets are made cheaper.
