They usually generate a good debate which is what this Forum is for. Three of my last 5 threads generated over 100 replies so doing something right... Players like El Khalej would easily be forgotten if you werent occassionally reminded of them. I suppose you thought the thread highlighting all Hooiveld's errors this season was strange too?

Did he actually get a red for it? I can't remember. We always had some crackers against Newcastle though. Remember the 3-3 game where Darren Ambrose equalised last minute for them.

Nobody. Everyone remembers the tackle, it seemed awful at the time. The way tackles have changed you get far fewer of these now but instead the cowardly kind that McManaman and Sturridge made where they go over the ball. From that photo of Tahar and Dyer it looks a fair challenge.

If you just look at the picture though and were using that retrospectively I think Dyer would get a yellow card for diving. Often with these so called bad tackles they look worse than they are. The shockers like McManaman's and even Sturridge yesterday are where they make contact with the man. In this case Tahar has slid in and won the ball and in the process Dyer has gone down quite easily.

Its not that type of thread. Just can't see any contact here, good honest challenge.

Did he even touch Dyer? This picture is inconclusive IMO. He took a lot of stick for this challenge but picture evidence suggests there was little contact.

I would say he is very genuine and if you watch the video of his interviews is actually quite a character. Very unfair IMO.

Ha - I checked with them and the order is confirmed, probs lost in the post so they will sort duplicates if they don't arrive.

If you are suggesting that because I would get rid of Jose then I must rate Jos then you are wrong pal. I would get rid of both. Neither are good enough IMO and both the weak links of the starting XI when they play.

If he keeps getting as many points as he has I wouldnt be bothered if he never did an English interview.
