Minor picky point but our throw ins, especially deep in our defensive third, are awful. Need a down the line option. A couple of times they got shots in following us giving a throw straight to them. -

Decent half, well in the game but some of our passing in the final third has been sloppy. We could have created more clear chances. Clasie fantastic. Tadic struggling to get involved but class touches when he does. Going to need to deal with their good spell/subs when it/they surely arrive. -
Thats Lallana's Liverpool moment.
-
Koeman just said Davis "is not fit enough to play today" and that he chose Clasie over JWP today.
-
Plus Wanyama is just better than Romeu.
-
Nothing mentioned yet but must have happened in training during the week as was training on Monday/Tues when Austin started but not on Thursday when the pics/videos were taken.
-
Yeah you won't get it. I think Tadic will play in the Davis role centrally behind Long and Mane, assuming the system remains the same. Brave decision as the easy option would have been to put JWP in that position.
-
Lovely assist from Lallana.
-
No Davis as expected. Big loss. Seems Tadic is central alongside Clasie and Wanyama. Austin on bench, Pelle not in squad. Stek on the bench.
-
Moreno. LOL.
-
LCB in a back three is quite different to the LCB of a back two. Not saying he couldn't do it, but its a niche role.
-
Lovely finish.

Sunderland v Bournemouth and Watford v Newcastle both big games.
-
U18s lost 7 in a row now I think. Dismal really.
-
Why would we start playing Long out wide again when he is **** there and on a good run up front? 5-3-2 for me, with Austin on the bench.
-
Its only you that is worked up about it. Someone just pointed out that it didn't look like Davis was training two days before a game. Take it as you wish.

Its not really drivel. If he wasn't training (and there are enough pics to see if he was out on the field), do you reckon he took a holiday day? Of course he may not train on a Thursday and still be fine to play but there have been loads of times someone has spotted someone missing and they have been genuinely injured.

Absolutely. Even now, it is a home game for them and they should be beating us. There is a reason last year was our first win in 27 years there.

VIDEO: Fraser Forster's recovery - (31 min doc)
Saint Charlie replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Quality video. Forster comes across very well and seems a genuine guy. Clear the whole medical setup works very diligently. Also interesting Watson said that his return gave players, staff and fans a lift because they knew how good a goalkeeper he is. Certainly true and clear Stekelenburg never had the same impact. Forster halfway through his 4 year deal in the summer, and is someone who we should definitely be looking to tie down beyond that ASAP. -
No. Its pretty easy to watch and casually notice each first team regular.

So everyone who trains plays the matches? Sound logic.
