We need one of the Feyanoord guys in here but what I can tell the manager prefers Lex Immers over Vilhena (both playing attacking midfielder) I think El Ahmadi is playing the Vic+Morgan role in a tandem with Clasie. In his appearances this season as either a sub or starting the majority have seen him play in the front 3 on either wing so potentially he could solve our right side of the front 3 which we currently shove Tadic/JWP into as well as a goal scoring AM. Immers looks to be their AM and as I said Karim and Jordie their Vic/Morgan tandem. I think if the price is right, the fact he has represented Holland at every level and had his best season under Koeman and was on the verge of going to the world cup under Van Gaal last year is good enough for me for 3-4 mil.

I see this comment over and over again and it is purely down to how the new manager likes to play and the type of players he has "confidence" in. Vilhena scored 6 goals and made 7 assists in the season before (think he was 19) when Koeman was the boss and won MOM twice that season.
