  1. Yep. It's me again, the non-moaning one. I've brought some friends. Seems YOUR moaning is unpopular...
  2. At Boro he's not looked great, think he even admits that himself, at Swansea, looked like a different player entirely.
  3. Fantastic wasn't it. Rickie in particular.
  4. Well whatever doubt I had has gone, having just seen the Football League Show. Smile on his face was amazing.
  5. I don't want to put a dampener on today but yeah I did find it strange too, but I've seen three or four interviews with him today and they were all quite different, so I suppose the emotion got to him, as has been said earlier. BBC was obvious emotion, Sky was then back to normal, SaintsPlayer and Solent (same thing) he was quite reserved, spoke of his long term contract! The handshake? Yes, it could have looked better, but maybe Nige is tired. I think I would be after a season like this!
  6. Fabio Borini and Marvin Emnes immediately spring to mind, one probably more realistic than the other. Both quality at Swansea who play a similar style to us, Borini is doing a good job back in Italy, Boro might fancy the cash for Emnes.
  7. TO THE PREMIER LEAGUE!
  8. Being a ho, I imagine. Has to do something to pay the bills.
  9. Sadly we'll never see all the official pictures, someone stole the photographer's camera. He's been found out, name and all, and won't give it back. Some people. Honestly.
  10. He's very mouthy, I know that for sure.
  11. Reminds me of Billy Davies. Gets Derby promoted, starts the post-match interview at Wembley with 'the only inevitability in life is death'.
  12. Glad I'm not alone in my scepticism... He was probably celebrating the fact he's picked up his pay this season without playing a single game for us. Don't want to be too sour after today but he's a moron.
  13. I'd like to know what Tommy Forecast is celebrating.
  14. And you had a go at me for moaning! ****ing hell, we've been promoted and you've got a gripe with someone for bringing a flare in?
  15. Has anyone made the obvious joke yet? No? Okay I'll do it. I want them to go up, as it'll be an easy six points for us next season. Which doesn't even sound like a joke really, sounds quite plausible!
  16. I imagine they've probably left the country, what with this 'tax' thing that people are being asked to pay.
  17. The quality of that programme is shocking. How many times did they look at the autocue and wait two seconds before speaking? As for the Saints piece, what a load of balls.
  18. I was going to go for Ulrich van Gobbel, but you're probably right.
  19. Youkilis Grand Slam! That perfect game seems an awful long time ago now...!
  20. Ah very nice. I was in Byron Avenue for the first six years of my life. I was hoping to move back there actually but Fulham decided they didn't want my services.
  21. You my son have just cracked. Well done. Jealous? Ohhhh dear.
  22. I know New Malden very well, used to live in Motspur Park, right around the corner from the station and what is now Fulham's training ground.
  23. I couldn't give a toss about Hoddle. He wasn't even that good a manager - even his academy thing has died on its arse. Part of being a good manager is accepting your limitations. Wigley just didn't have a clue, never realised that he was extremely limited and wasn't the right man for the job. Should have quit long before Redknapp was even touted as a potential Southampton manager.
  24. I'm glad of anything that highlights just how inept Steve Wigley is. I've no time for the man at all.
  25. Robbie Savage asked a very good question on Five Live after the game at Leicester on Monday - when exactly was this much talked about 'football' played?
