Oz. HBO prison series. There's a torrent floating round with all 6 series. Well worth a look. But be warned, it is unrelentingly grim and disturbing. Edit: I wish to point out that I do NOT condone file sharing or any kind of sharing. Remember: BE SELFISH, DON'T SHARE.

An interesting thread that is sure to spark some debate. I would strike Jimmy Page's name from the list. Ever since I realised that the so-called 'best guitar solo ever' (Stairway to Heaven) was a fraud, I never saw him in the same light again. My nomination for best electric would be Steve Hillage. But what about those REAL guitarists who prefer not to plug their instrument into an amp and hide their flaws behind feedback and distortion????? Surely John Renbourn is the most technically accomplished British guitarist ever! And what about Bert Jansch...... his version of Davey Graham's 'Angie' makes wannabe guitarists dribble and drool. If you don't believe me......have a listen Incidentally, Davey Graham should be on the list too.

Congratulations to all the winners. And a pat on the back to Steve and co for organising this. I hope this will be a permanent fixture every pre-season. -
There is something disturbing about thousands of grown men all singing the Smurf song together...... It's just wrong!

Stood in the northam for a change. It was great. Except for the racist plank stood behind me who was slagging off Papa for being black. Unbelievable!

Not of fan of Ian Brown but I quite liked his work with UNKLE. My mate has persuaded me to go see him in Bournemouth, I shall go with an open mind.

Well done Derry. The club were not prepared to sell tickets in block 5 on friday. This is already looking like a U turn. And as for all the people saying it doesn't matter where you sit because the view is the same all round the stadium..... If that were true, why have the club charged more for centre seats since SMS was built?
-
Agreed.

http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1814950,00.html "As of today's home match against Gillingham, Saints fans will no longer be able to purchase match day tickets in Blocks 4 and 5 of the Itchen Stand." Seems pretty clear cut to me Derry.....
-
I totally agree Jason. I took my young nephew and some of his mates to yesterday's game and the nearest they could sit to me was block 9. There is no access from block 5 to block 9 at half time so I couldn't meet up with them and check they were ok. Madness! Furthermore, the club are 'encouraging' me to move to the Kingsland north..... for free! They should be refunding me £62. That's the price difference between my seat in the Itchen and the corner where they want to put me. Will they? To be honest, I don't care. I like my seat. It's MY seat. I'm not moving. Personally I think it's a good idea to open up Kingsland north, and to encourage fans to sit there and sing their hearts out. But the manner in which the club are attempting to bring this about is tantamount to coercion:- "If you want to bring a friend or family member to a game..... you'll have to move your season ticket". Jog on Luker!
