Agreement of fee I've been told about (perhaps it's a 1st refusal thing between the clubs) but fingers crossed that he stays for a very, very long time. I know Jackanory so if he says it kosher then I believe him.

Perhaps it's an age thing as well? Cities, perhaps, have less appeal as we get older and have kids. My kids would love to live in Soton but my wife and I would prefer waterside or NF.
