I have no problem at all with the ref/officials, being able to "go upstairs" to check if they aren't sure themselves or if the offical watching the game spots something the officals have missed.

An issue with all newly promoted clubs is that you need to buy before the season starts but don't get the big money until the season ends. Being able to pay upfront in L1/CCC with a rich owner is one thing; doing it in the BPL with the money players now cost, is another.
