Guly pretty much confirms he is leaving Saints this summer
View From The Top replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Whilst clearly not BPL standard he's made a massive contribution to is being where we are today. -
He's an excellent historian. Right up there with Beevor.

Just finished Pirlo's autobiography and very good it was too. Not something I'd normally read either.

Post-Match Reaction: Swansea 0-1 SAINTS

I do love the way we play football. It's so good to watch, even in a nothing game. -
I'm fully aware of that. He clearly wasn't match fit.
-
He's fine it he keeps it simple. When he attempts Hollywood balls he's as poor as me.
-
Beast. Love him. That said, he was utterly gash at Fulham.

The press and mainstream parties have been pretty successful at painting UKIP as the owner/occupier wing of the far right.

It's been policy for a number of years & I guess they are just meeting demand & maximising profits. Personally I wouldn't but from an halal Subway but as I live in a very white town it's not an issue. The Subway near work, between college and university buildings, which is near a mosque and in a Muslim area isn't halal either.

Well played that man. Certainly looks like her to my eyes.

I'm thinking you may of missed the sarcasim.

I find myself in a quandry as I'm pro-Europe but not pro the structures and governence of the EU. I will vote Green, however, as it's the only decent left wing option available.

Heron users are called smackheads. Always have been. Always will be. Deal with that fact and move on.

Would you return to live in Southampton?

Barry Fox, who used to run the TO at The Dell, lived on Athelstan Rd. Excellent views down the river. Used to be great having a BBQ around there with the views. -
I struggle to have any sympathy with any smackhead. I do, however, have the utmost sympathy with those left behind to pick up the pieces.

So the papers that fund and support the tories that have turn broadside en masse on UKIP aren't trying to stifle Farage, it's those pesky groups such as Hope not Hate whose newspapers millions buy everyday. -

The UAF are funded by the tories as well. Don't let the blinkers blind you Jamie. -

Are you p*ssed? The right wing press are leading the assault on UKIP, the Telegraph in particular. -

I've no love for UKIP but it's obvious to everyone that the body politic is shi**ing itself about them & both left and right are engaged in a full on smear campaign. -
Post exercise recovery foods/drinks.

I can't gulp milk down plain, being a poof I need some nesquik or the like in it. What I have to avoid as my body screams at me is mars bars and the like which I could wolf down. -

The Head of Sports at my college is a racing cyclist and massively into the science of it all so I went to ask him about the beetroot. He suggests the "shots" of it that you can get but as everyone breaks it down differently timing the intake is tricky as I'll have to take it around 3hrs before an event. I'm tempted to juice my own as saw something about it on the GCN pages on YouTube. Post ride, especially anything over 100km, I gulp down milk (with choccy powder in of course) and it certainly does seem to aid my recovery. Of course, avoiding anything with a very high sugar content is a challenge post 100km+ rides as my body screams for the carbs to be replaced. During a long ride I refuel with a carb+caffine drink (usually have 2 x 500ml bottles or even 2 x 750ml) & something like mince pies, hot cross buns with jam and jelly babies and I always carry a couple of energy gels (with caffine) just in case. -
Flown with them dozens of times and whilst not the best airline in the world they get me where I want to go cheaply and usually on time.

Children Over Five 'Wearing Nappies In Class'

Happened to someone I know who also happens to be a nurse. She didn't know she was expecting until admitted for abdominal pains. A few hours later her daughter was born! -
Weston knows the family so if he's says it's cool then I'm inclined to believe him.
