People, usually women, who are overly precious about their offspring instead of letting kids be kids. This is particularly true of parents of only one sprog. Parents who think their precious darling is the next Nobel prize winner despite all the evidence that their sprog is actually so brain dead that if they were in hospital they'd pull the plug. Middle aged people who cannot leap out of the way with alacrity when I'm hammering it down the pavement on my bike. OAPs are easy to swerve around and young people oblivious anyway.
