  1. I'm using HOLA. Would using SmartDNS make a more fluid HD picture?
  2. Someone has set a challenge of naming 10 bands, of any era, whose name was an onomatopoeia. Aha & Wham spring to mind. Any more?
  3. Not as far as I'm aware. We just take two and they stay in the glove box. I've a breath tester and 1st aid kit as well, thanks to my anal Doris & Poundland.
  4. We spent 2 weeks South of Poitiers 2 summers ago and this place http://www.lepetitmoulin79.com/ and head over to France most years. If you want speed then you use the toll roads if you don't want the expense then you follow WC's advice. For speed you use the tunnel if you want a longer rest the ferry. We've binned the ferries as the tunnel often works out cheaper and no puking by my kids! If you are going Sat/Sat then get up early, get through that tunnel and around Paris before it gets busy or go the Le Man route. Either way, it feels like a long drive.
  5. Yes. For example someone has bought my Liverpool tickets as they won't reach general sale. I just ping him the ££ via direct bank transfer.
  6. Personally I believe it should be done on away games attended and STs should have no bearing on the matter.
  7. Whilst to me it sounds like one of the rings of Dantes Inferno I do have friends that say the AI in Cuba & Mexico cannot be topped and they have kids aged 11 - 16.
  8. Went along today and the track was soooo slow that everyone had trouble getting the ball away, even slower when the pace was taken off by the Hants lads forcing Derbyshire to swing the bat.
  9. That's exactly what they're doing.
  10. Gaston running at the defence caused Sunderland no end problems and, to me, a bigger issue than pace, which I also think we need, is that we don't move the ball fast enough. That said, we should have won by 2/3 goals. Jay missed a header that my Mrs said even she would have scored!
  11. The Ashes Zone stuff has been excellent, especially for the kids.
  12. Good stuff this is.
  13. Shocking set piece defending.
  14. Parachute payments were paid in August.
  15. Same here and that included on hills.
  16. Unless I'm using Corkys STs & because I'm using AJS I reckon the amount of home games I'm going to is down to 0. Reckon away games could be down to 5/6.
  17. We've tickets 17 & 18. Nipper considers it "proper football" to be going to Barnsley on a Tuesday night.
  18. Ticket prices for kids aged over 11 are obscene. £22 for my nipper who is 12 in April is way too much. We won't do a home game this season unless we are using Corky's STs when he's away as it's simply too much money. Liverpool away for the pair of us, including the train, is cheaper than just the two match tickets yesterday.
  19. Looper was excellent. Really enjoyed it.
  20. One of the reasons WBA price their tickets so low was that they were hemorrhaging fans to the pubs on match days. I used to teach not far from the Hawthorns and pubs would advertise the games which often included a free pint if WBA won thus keeping the punters in. The club reacted to that and crowds held up.
  21. Oblivion - Really enjoyed it. Predictable yes but the special effects were seamless.
  22. Thought the right side week 1st half but when he moved into the middle, my word.
  23. Tony Gale, during the AJS commentary, said that it's not the fact that we produce excellent youngsters, but that we aren't scared to play them and never have been and that's what separates us from the rest. Thought it a good point.
  24. Don't be such a tool. Jay simply didn't have a good game.
