Piers morgan has 7.5 million followers and he thinks he knows his ball. When really he is just another utter tool.
-
and who actually watches 16 year players week in week out other than the parents, club coaches and Jimmy saville wannabees?
-
agree with much if this but would add his touch is fairly average as well. In comparison to Ings it felt like he was wearing steell toe capped shoes.
-
no id rather not swallow my pride and that we spent another 15m on a shyte championship striker that cant trap a bag of cement or hit a cows arse with a banjo please.

Kick-ins instead of throw-ins: a potential rule change!

No chance this will happen surely? Trail it in the women's game rather than fuck up men's footy if they really need to. -
Not especially good? Give your head a wobble son, 12 months ago he was our best striker by a country mile. What’s changed?
-
And the average must therefore include anyone who is currently playing centre back at any level on the entire planet. If that is the case I’d suggest he is slightly below average.

How much are the wages we offered him and the agents fees? A real first team keeper if he isn't unlucky with injuries will play every game quite easily. So if AMs wages / fees are realistic for a back up keeper then im not worried. Lets be honest any of the clubs in and around our standing probably have fairly shyte back up keepers. I reserve judgement until we sign a replacement for Forster and then if its clear Mcarthy is 1st choice then ill moan. Until that point how can you judge their decision unless we assume they are buying a young talent that wont be first choice then ill agree with you.
-
I think its a reasonable decision for a club with limited resources to offer McCarthy a new contract if they are expecting to sign a keeper to be the Number . Forster clearly wants a larger contract and would only be justified if he was the number 1 in my opinion. Of course if we sign some kid then ill reserve the right to shout abuse at the club (again) for shyte decisions.

Exactly. Yet again Ralph waits until we concede before he makes any tactical or personnel changes. Diallo Is fucking woeful, how he remained on the field until the scored their second is a mystery to me. We had no plan othe than swamp the middle of the field to try and prevent them playing through us. can we finally write of Tella, he is 22 and offers nothing at this level? Jesus, we need a minor miracle in the summer and I just can’t see it happening with the budget I suspect we have.

Were all the bin dippers booing at Aintree the other week? don't recall reading about that.
-
i wish we had at least one member of our academy or under 23 had played at least as badly as Broja has been this season.
-
yes agree and i have a ticket. May give it a swerve and something that i may enjoy. Although that will ultimately mean we play well and get something out of it.
-
I would imagine it will be a replacement for JWP if a decent offer from a big club comes in.
-
is this not the inconsistency of the interpretation of the laws of the game? both shoves, both absolutely debatable only one given. Personally i dont think either should have been given. That aside Salisu had no need to make the challenge / shove as the player was going nowhere.
-
I thought he did ok overall bar the confidence in his finishing. This is no surprise with his lack of game time and and confidence at the moment. Broja clearly wont be with us next season so I would start him every game from now onwards to try and help build him up for the new season.
-
fucking genius. gets my vote
-
to be fair if they had an AK47 they wouldnt need to encroach onto the pitch to shoot a player, just wait for a corner and do it from the comfort of their seat
-
It was probably someone else’s blood to be fair 😂😂

The Athletic article about Saints' mystery injuries around 60mins
wild-saint replied to Saint NL's topic in The Saints
“The fourth official will now be aware of them preparing for this stoppage. Then he can alert the referee. The referees as a group need to be aware of this. That’s hilarious, will the 4th official be looking at our coaches and think ahh he is moving the box that contains water bottles and energy gels closer to the touch line and at that moment start to try and determine if an injury 30mtrs away is legitimate. This whole story is ridiculous and there is absolutely no way anyone anyone can ever decide if an injury is ensuing or not. What exactly can the referee do about it, not allow a trainer on when a player is down? -
she made a comment about how important it was that he plays football and that the family will decide. not specifically mentioned saints but clearly they recognise the best option for his development is for him to be a starting player. As good as he is i dont think he is ready to be the lead striker for Chelsea as a few blanks / mistakes etc he will feel the pressure of their fans. Lets face it half of them now seem to think £100m lukaku is shit.

Out of interest, how unsafe is standing in the northam compared to spending large amounts of cash investing in “safe staffing” infrastructure? For example how many injuries / deaths etc have we had at SMS directly attributable to the current seating? What would be the cost per injury over a 10 year period on average for this “gain”?
-
probably not but if we are honest im sure everyone is thinking how we replace Broja next season if we dont manage to retain him which is more than likely. Great [adminsystemsit@equitydevelopment.co.uk player though eh and the rest of the squad is coming together nicely. I fear for a summer of media attention trying to unsettle Salisu and JWP.

for a big lad he is a bot of a pussy. Goes down quicker than your wife sir.!
