  1. And validating his tedious comments shows you are also a twat. Oh and I wasn’t editing the duplication because it really makes no difference to the context of my post. If it’s so important why don’t you both piss off to a gramma forum or something? anyhow, looking forward to the game today despite knowing the chances of getting anything are poor. I hope to see some of the new blood and how they perform.
  2. Why the need to be a such a twat, you obviously know what he meant?
  3. im not really sure why people don't understand that young players are erratic. it also adds concert to our other signings that they may struggle for consistency particularly in their first year with us. i think our season will hinge on the last couple of players that we bring in otherwise it could be a struggle.
  4. Why can we only spend £20m on his replacement? maybe the £20m can be added to whatever other budget we may have already. For what its worth id take £20m for che on the proviso there was enough money to attract a better striker. if not then id keep, surely thats the only decision to be made?
  5. As much as I want you to be right, unfortunately the actual definition of the term “will” leaves you exposed to be MLGed for a technical inaccuracy.
  6. They were talking about this in Talksport and argued (rightly) that if you are suggesting that you white will become Englands top ever scorer then you are wrong because you are clearly forgetting about David Clarke who has scored 126 goals for the England blind team. Made me chuckle.
  7. Back in the early 80s we used to bring in experienced old heads that still had lots to offer (jimmy case etc). I know times have changed but is the game to fast for these types of players. Although technically OR could be classed as an old experienced heads
  8. Its an interesting one really with RH. Yes, we have all been critical of some of his decisions but nearly everyone has agreed the squad last year was sub standard and many think its a championship squad hence the cries for significant investment etc. Whilst i have been massively frustrated at times with RH you cant have it both way surely, if the players are poor then can we really expect much more than staying up. This season I think we can be far more critical now he has had a decent budget to create the squad he wants. Time will tell i guess.
  9. Why would it jeopardise the move? He was at a game watching football 🤷‍♂️?
  10. or judging the side that is closer to our strongest 11. decent 2nd half. loving the look of aribo.
  11. Ronald Koeman out former manager. Surely you remember him?
  12. Yep I agree. I still think we will buy Broja.
  13. Why do people despise people that are successful but turn a blind eye if they own their football club and are prepared to spend cash on players? Seems to me his parents had humble roots and worked for their success.
  14. and how do you know he is wrong?
  15. or they are skint and cant afford anyone else.
  16. I hope to god this isn't the key striker we desperately need and is the young prospect that we hope willl develop over the next couple of years.
  17. strange really. 5 games in total to get the first team firing and ready for the opening game and we are wasting one on this shit.
  18. It’s easy to pick a few that have been successful just like it’s easy to pick a handful that haven’t beeen successful, Diallo, djneppo, Carrillo etc etc. why the need to try and prove people wrong all the time?
  19. Dont know much about Winks rally but Diallo is far from a PL player in my opinion.
  20. So he has kept us for multiple seasons with zero Investment and you say he doesn’t have what it takes. 🤔
  21. Seems like the classic stalking horse interest to force the hand of their actual target spence.
  22. it msut be a wind up. I so so so so soooooo want this to happen jsut for the bants.
  23. Agree with this. If its not a leveraged buy put to take ownership using debt then why wouldnt you have a chunk of cash to invest to build your new asset. Particularly when relegation would wipe off 75% of its value. IMO there is definitely an investment of cash even if the longer term goal is sustainability.
  24. Any Portsmouth player ever! Edit - sorry thought you said "played with"
  25. Yep you can imagine the conversation now….. hey dad, what were saints like when you played for them? Well son they were fucking dog shit but it was the long throw routine they had that saved them (or not).
