  1. First weekend with IPTV. Perfect stream no buffering. Why didn’t I do this before now!
  2. Whats all the Martin grief today? So what he was in a shyte mood and gave the echo guy a hard time. yes they had 3 chances but if we had let them in no doubt everyone on here would be calling out the keeper yet again. We were shyte first half but much better second. The difference i felt was Stuey and Charlie taking the ball with their backs to goal and turning their man into space rather than push it back into our own half as per the norm.
  3. Personally ive never heard a bad workman blame anyone or anything. Typically they don't even know or admit they are bad workman.
  4. 🎶Loch Ness Droga, he’s back from the dead! 🎶
  5. Id like to get a lower prem team at home to see how we get on with our new style.
  6. im not sure we would sell any of them (accept Adams) as we would get the same money 4 months later. easy to say you are not going until the end of the season.
  7. this is the problem for me. When we play the system well in small patches we are dangerous and exciting. All too often its short passes that slows the game right down ignoring runners and space. It gets to the point where players stop making the runs,
  8. What would Che have done with the same opportunity - A) Air Kick B) Shinned It C) Hit Row Z D) Winded the keeper
  9. Jeez, I thought my wife drones on without any real content within her waffling noise. Mrs Wildsaint, is that you?
  10. Covid 😂 you’ll be saying indigestion will stop him finishing a game next.
  11. exactly this. We dont go up ths season it will be much harder next year and we will have another influx of players (probably not as good) and i predict within 2/3 years we will change manager to a Nathan Jones long ball style to kick our way out like the other clubs that tend to go up via the play offs rely on. What good times are coming for the happy clappy patient types.
  12. What a drama queen. Surely you are aware that they will all be back for the game right?
  13. 100% agree with this.
  14. its the blanket dismissal of possession / passing football implemented by Martin not passing football in general. You can not deny other than in occasional patches its largely slow and lacking in cutting edge whilst also leaving us susceptible to counter attacks when losing possession in our own half. Maybe we arent implementing it in the way Martin wants but then whose fault is that and when is it likely (if at all) to change. Personally I think the flaw is in his style not the implementation of it but either way its isn't working at the moment. Shifting the ball from left to right may be sound to create gaps before we move forward but small 10yard passes from LW to LB to CM TO CB to RB to RW and all the way back again is far too slow and easy to defend against. The ball needs to move faster from LW to RW and back to create the gaps to exploit. maybe we dont have the talent to at the back to play the pass needed and its definitely more likely to be easier to intercept but Martins the one talking about bravery.
  15. I go one further and say we would have more points if Mad Nate or dozy Selles were in charge this season.
  16. i quite like him. his final ball into the box is miles better than sulemana an edozie and hopefully limpy ross will benefit.
  17. this is the key issue. we shift the ball from left to right constantly and always use every player along the back 4 in 5 yard passes. its too easy to defend and the transition needs to be sped up by cutting out a couple of the passes using a longer ball.
  18. yeah lets drop all our players on international duty as they will all clearly below 100% avoiding injury. So that leaves us with 6 adults and most of the under 18s i guess. COYR
  19. I dont agree at all. Many a person in my experience have suffered personal problems and wanted to keep on working to keep their mind busy. From Alcaraz's personal mental health perspective thats fine but that certainly doesn't mean he is in a position to give his best in the team. Martin would have made a call whether he is ready mentally or not and rather than drop him to the bench he has decided to keep him in and around the squad. Not sure the mental health of a player and his usefulness to the team is that black and white.
  20. I thought Wilcox was in charge of all things football related now? What decisions other than Wilcox does he know make? Up to Wilcox most on here and twitter were wanking themselves stupid over Wilcox. Oh and Martin Out
  21. be careful the idiots who run this site dont like this opinion. He should have been fired after 10 mins of the Leicester game.
  22. ID have Nathan Jones back before id this prick back
  23. exactly if he had played 7 games against Saints this year he would be on about 10 goals and leading scorer.
  24. Id like to think he can see the flaws in the system and make appropriate changes rather than sit there thinking it will work with time and patience. Yes he wil get paid out but surely he is a professional and will want to be seen as a successful particularly if he want to take his career higher still.
  25. Totally agree. I mad my mind up 15 minutes into Friday night that he was clueless and needs to go. The remainder of the game just added to the shit show. Its not the ability of the players its the set up thats flawed. He changes it and we have a chance tomorrow. I fear it is a hill he is prepared to die on so the sooner the better for me.
