Our players in have reduced significantly in terms of Fees paid. We have spent less than we did in our first year and it will be interesting to see whether this continues this year considering that we have a greater need for players this year than last. We spent some money last year but nothing which could not be afforded with our crowds and otter sources of income. Things like bumper contracts to Lallana would be instantly recouped if we were to sell him at any time in the future so even if our financial backing has been reduced, it makes financial sense to give Lallana a decent contract.

Cue MLG posting exactly what little fees we have spent in his tiring and pedantic manner.
