Couldn't agree more. Each to their own but it's all very odd to me.

But I doubt there will be as much enthusiasm as the guy who bought us in the first place. Also it may be much harder to sanction spending in the future. SFC is surely worse off by his passing, even if only because his wishes may not be carried out exactly as he would want it.

If I'm honest it hasn't affected me as much as others. I'm sad sure for his family but my main concern is SFC and I'm more concerned about its long term future. I hope something can be sorted out next week.

Yeah I said that. Perhaps Cortese knew that Markus was dying and was so consumed by that and the need to show the club being as successful as possible that he lost his way a little? I suppose we will find out but if Oldknow comes back it should be welcomed.

I don't think anyone is moaning about the game being postponed Stu, just speculating about whether it would have been better to keep it as 'business as usual' for Markus. It isn't a big deal in the scheme of things.
