  1. "in this league. Rickie Lambert scored 30 goals, Torres wouldn't get 10."- Le God Third Coming. Repeating the same thing about six months later. 'Mental. Totally f*cking mental'- Alpine saint 'I see we've thrown the Ashes away on the first day again...'- Alpine after one day of the first test.
  2. They wouldn't.
  3. No chance don't be so silly.
  4. Pointless thread.
  5. Fancy buying on of my RROD xboxs? 25 quid?
  6. Wouldn't get as many goals as Rickie.
  7. He most certainly will be on his own. Spending loads of money has never been a guarantee of success.
  8. Sometimes I think that you are watching totally different games to me. Both this and your lambert opinion I totally disagree with.
  9. Can I ask you what attracted you to become a Liberal? Also why you felt specific policies were superior to those offered by rival parties? Perhaps you could start with the letting all asylum seekers become citizens policy. Maybe you could explain how workable that would have been? There are quite a few others as well but that was one which really stuck out during the election.
  10. So you want success under this coalition then? jolly good. There was me thinking you were just posting digs for the hell of it.
  11. OK I'm not anti Tory but that video is laughable.
  12. Other side of that is when I went to a festival in Weston Super mare. Guy knew we didn't know the area so charged us hardly anything for the taxi fare and gave us a load of advice. Great bloke.
  13. Mostly because their policies are not based on anything and have little substance. In the main they are unworkable in the real world. I instantly lose respect for people who vote LibDem. Whilst I disagree with Labour at the moment, at least if you vote for them you know that they are offering something like an alternative.
  14. I want the country to do the best they can whoever is in charge. I get the impression that you would rather the country fails so that Labour get back into power.
  15. You would love that. Thankfully that won't happen.
  16. Not at all when you consider the reactionary personalities that make up the British public.
  17. Good musician too.
  18. When I said that is rubbish I was referring to the Pardew bit.
  19. Or the simple fact that Labour f*cked up and the Tories were the ones most trusted to put things right? The best of a bad bunch if you will?
  20. I'm not affiliated with any political party. It does however annoy me that people portray every Tory as evil purely because 'they are tory' and suggest that EVERY decision they make for the country is some sort of evil plot to bring about the destruction of Britain. You can bet your life that if the majority of decisions taken by the coalition had been taken under a Labour government, then they would be afforded loads more slack and received nowhere near the amount of criticism purely because it isn't Conservative. People would do a lot better if they became less close minded. Hate policies not the party.
  21. If you really think that 90 percent of that would not have happened had Labour been in charge, then you are deluded.
  22. I don't feel hoodwinked in the slightest.I expected a sh*t load of pain and cutbacks whoever was in charge and that is what we are getting.
  23. A first! We agree on something!
  24. 500K would be good business. Reinvest it and we could get a cracking winger for that amount easily.
  25. Too much hair.
