  1. Why not call them Irish and Scottish then? They are totally different terms and you know it. You wouldn't call a black person a ni**er would you?
  2. I can only speculate that if true, the poster calling you it was either not being particularly serious or was themselves extremely ignorant. I very much doubt that you would find anyone on here now who would seriously call you a racist for voting UKIP.
  3. Wel it can't be proven either way so we'll leave it eh?
  4. Sigh. Some people consider the terms jocks and paddys as offensive. I don't but some people do.
  5. Did they actually say that you are a racist because you support UKIP though? I would be surprised TBH if that was the line of argument they had chosen.
  6. TBF just debate the issues without going on like you are being victimised. Some people could be offended by some of the words you have used. Just don't do it and you'll be fine.
  7. So are you saying that everyone who has voted for the BNP supports their policies and is therefore racist themselves? Most commentators reckon that a large majority of the recent BNP votes were protest votes from frustrated members of the public who feel alienated by the main political parties. I don't support the BNP in any way BTW and I have never voted for them.
  8. Well you say that, but you've also made claims that people have said things in the past which they haven't said...
  9. But surely you wouldn't say no?
  10. Really? Because I honestly do not remember anyone saying that.
  11. Everyone knows that Nick Griffin is a racist and a bit of a fool. Anyone who actively supports him and what he does is in my opinion very ignorant and a bit dim. People who voted for him out of protest or frustration do not fall into this category. You can vote for the BNP knowing they will never get into a position of power if you think it will create change without supporting any of the racist views of Nick and his party.
  12. UniteAgainstFascism is as bad as the BNP. They are a joke.
  13. TBF I only have on one occasion.
  14. It is fairly amusing that people want to censor the BNP and pretend they don't exist in the name of democracy when they fail to realise that they are in opposition to a democratic society when they deny them the right to air their views. I found myself shouting at the screen in agreement when Bonnie Greer said her point about the British public. FINALLY someone gives us some credit and doesn't believe that just because Griffin is on Question Time that we are going to swallow everything he says and become fascist. It's nice that people have faith in the common sense of the British people for once.
  15. Certainly. Personally I wouldn't be comfortable walking past any people virtually eating each others' faces, even more so if they happen to be of the same sex. Save it for the privacy of your own home is my motto.
  16. Creepy is not the word I would use but I think he has a point there.
  17. I agree with that. The protesters were buffoons.
  18. It wasn't like that at all. I was actually surprised at how much of a say they gave him.
  19. Also just to emphasise, I didn't set up this thread to ask for donations.
  20. Cheers 19, I really appreciate that. I do have a justgiving page but not sure how else to do it. I know you don't like paypal either. Maybe you could give any contribution to a mod who could then pass it on to me via paypal? Let me know and any contribution however small is appreciated.
  21. Cheers Phil. I'll try to remember that when every step I take sends burning pain through my body!
  22. Well I ran back from Winchester on Sunday. Was pretty hard the last couple of miles but I got back in about 2 and a half hours. Getting a bit excited now!
  23. Any chance of bringing him back for a game?
  24. Such a shame that there isn't a party who aren't afraid to air the good points that the BNP have without all the racist rubbish. I'd vote for them.
  25. Loved that last line by greer by the way. It's refreshing to see someone giving the British public credit for once and allowing them to make up their own minds rather than being told what to think and any controversial views airbrushed out as if they don't exist.
