Because Arianna grande is mega famous and nobody outside of the niche world of musical theatre knows who the other one is?

You can agree with that and oppose this bill, as many people are doing.

I'd be more interested in what Trump actually does rather than what he says. At the moment it looks like he's threatening the likes of Canada with harsh tariffs to try to get them to sort out their own border. Maybe he will get some action from Trudeau to the degree that large tariffs aren't needed. Will be interesting to see.

Assuming that you're being serious and not just trolling as usual "the idea that there are thousands of family members currently rubbing their hands because they can possibly get their hands on the family silver a few months earlier seems, frankly ridiculous" show you haven't understood the position or the arguments of the people on the other side of the argument to you.

I wouldn't be so sure given the experience of the likes of Riley gaines in US sport.

Diregarding the nonsense word cis, how do you know this person is a biological woman?

Imagine if something as profound as this does pass on Friday with such little debate and scrutiny. It really does change society quite profoundly in a way that I'm not sure we have seen in decades and yet MPs who want to contribute to the debate will likely have less than a couple of minutes to debate it.
-
Good if that's true. Really everyone should be supporting the amendment stating that there hasn't been enough time and that it needs a proper debate.

Is there evidence that insulting Musk on twitter isn't allowed? I've seen load of it on there.
-
I expect he got it from the twitter files as reported by the guardian here: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/jan/01/the-twitter-files-should-disturb-liberal-critics-of-elon-musk-and-heres-why

Whatever your stance, this is worrying and should not be happening. At the very least I requires a full debate and proper examination of the issues.

Fernandes, Lallana, Sugawara, THB, Downes have been alright signings to various degrees. It's the kay signings in attacking positions that have been our main downfall.
-
I all the accounts I looked at at the time hull fans loved him and thought he'd be more than good enough for the prem.

TBF we did try to sign him and he turned us down.

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Listened to a good Ian Hislop interview today. Essentially said "this lot aren't very good at explaining things. Politics is about bringing people with you." I think that's a good summary. It does seem like much of the wounds they have caused so far been self inflicted. Certainly their comms need work and selling proposals to the electorate. -

I hope we won't want to sell him but who knows if we have agreements in place once we go down. -

Perhaps not but it wouldn't surprise me if he's in demand at one of the newly promoted teams like Leeds or similar. Assume we'd at least want our money back on him. Not sure we can call bbd an Adams replacement as he's not exactly been played as a striker. -
Agree I'd like another keeper but not about fullbacks. That's almost certainly stronger there than last year with Taylor. Losing KWP weakens us but that was always going to be the case. Smallbone is clearly good enough, as is Aribo and Armstrong. An older more experienced Charles and Amo Ameyew should be able to contribute and you could also add Bereton Diaz to that too. Clearly we'd make four or five more signings but as a starting point that's a fairly decent team with not an awful lot of work needed to be competitive near the top.

Hard to escape the feeling that they recruited in the summer with one eye on the following season in the championship, particularly with Edwards and Wood who never play. Whilst that messes up this season, it does give us plenty of decent championship options and as others have said, we are unlikely to see a mass exodus next season as many of the players won't be wanted by other teams that could afford them. The likes of Armstrong, Smallbone, Aribo, Bednarek, Archer and Downes if he stays are all proven championship performers and even someone like Bereton Diaz may see an upturn in a lower league.

Not sure I agree. He hasn't stuck out as particularly bad. The whole defence sucks and as someone else has pointed out a lot of that is to do with Martin. -
I'd love a new keeper, not sure who would be available. Selling Ramsdale, Dibling, THB and Fernandes should net us over £100 million which in theory should let us pick up the best of the championship that isn't poached by a prem team. Sainz at Norwich would be a good pick up on the left, Maja at West Brom looks like a good performer up top.
