Just had a listen. Adam seemed pretty shell-shocked by the interview with Jones. Said he's never owned being a Premier league manager. Reading between the lines I think Adam is quite shocked about what Jones is like.

I agree with your first point. I think that Ralph made things stale and we badly needed a manager with real experience and knowhow to guide us.

He makes no sense. He says again that players win games not systems and then he says that Brentford were successful because all the players no exactly what they should be doing. So Brentford have a system then that their players no really well and can execute successfully.

It's the equivalent of someone answering what their greatest weakness in a job interview is with "the trouble is I work too hard."
