  1. It's still a bit of a cringe statement to go alongside his others though. I hope we do get a decent manager now but if we get one of the usual faces (pretty much every name linked from off here) then that's pretty concerning.
  2. Having a plan and a vision, selling that to the players, keeping many together, promising funds from any sales to improve the team, keeping the players informed about what is going on, finding a replacement for players and managers quickly and getting a good standard of manager in, getting in some people who have a football background and are intelligent. That's just a couple of things he could do.
  3. What are you wittering on about now? Playing the post not the poster? Shove off simpleton.
  4. Certainly had high hopes and was willing to give them a chance, especially as his track record looks good but he has said quite a few concerning things and after making a big thing out of transparency, have said nothing and allowed the newspapers to speculate for weeks. We appear to have a rudderless ship at the moment and whilst there are clearly other ways to lead than the way Nicola tried, we do need someone to actually take charge and communicate without the BS. What is our plan going forward? Something that outlined our vision without the management speak would be very welcome.
  5. Indeed. It reminded me of an alien looking at the sport of football for the first time and wondering how to appeal to the natives. I can't stand Americanised rubbish so this was particularly wince inducing.
  6. Ralph has failed to impress me yet I'm afraid. I started getting concerned during his awards speech when he spoke for a while without actually saying anything. That may fly in Canada and America but this is the UK and that type of waffle won't fly here. We have had saints go wilde and I don't want a repeat, saints fans have heard it all before.
  7. You're a bit of a weirdo making up things people say.
  8. Pretty disappointed with that statement to be honest but I'll wait and see who we get in first and which players leave.
  9. Pretty much my feelings.
  10. Can't wait. Have my ticket and going with a mate.
  11. Pointless thread as he went be here.
  12. When he leaves I would quite like us to look abroad at managers who have had success playing good footie there, hopefully someone we have never heard of like poch. I don't think anyone wants any of the names banded about so far.
  13. f*ck him. never cared for the club and only used it as a stepping stone. Keep as many of our team together, get in someone half decent and beat him next season. The tosser.
  14. The sad thing is labour will probably get in by default as many won't vote for the conservatives and they are the only realistic alternative. I think if everyone is honest no one wants ed to be pm it will be bloody embarrassing.
  15. How do you explain Birmingham then?
  16. The thought of ed as prime minister is a nauseating one. I agree with you, Sunday should be very interesting.
  17. Oh they will form a coalition next year I am sure. I just do the believe they did better than expected.
  18. They may have done better than you expected, but not as good as most people and the polls expected I'm afraid.
  19. No they haven't. They haven't made the gains they were projected to make.
  20. Ah yes my mistake. I meant his victory speech.
  21. Poor Andy will be crying into his cornflakes in the morning.
  22. And me. Luckily I have the day off tomorrow. I remember watching obamas inauguration after pulling an all nighter.
  23. Voted UKIP in the euros and conservatives in the local election.
  24. Even you must see how hypocritical it is of you to take the **** out of someone for throwing a tantrum and talking crap.
