Having a plan and a vision, selling that to the players, keeping many together, promising funds from any sales to improve the team, keeping the players informed about what is going on, finding a replacement for players and managers quickly and getting a good standard of manager in, getting in some people who have a football background and are intelligent. That's just a couple of things he could do.

Certainly had high hopes and was willing to give them a chance, especially as his track record looks good but he has said quite a few concerning things and after making a big thing out of transparency, have said nothing and allowed the newspapers to speculate for weeks. We appear to have a rudderless ship at the moment and whilst there are clearly other ways to lead than the way Nicola tried, we do need someone to actually take charge and communicate without the BS.
