My guess is that we will sell roughly same as we did pre-season last season. If we do sell, say half the amount, then clearly I would be wrong!
-
a lower pricing would have attracted more new season ticket holders. other than that think we will have reasonable retention levels
-
Would be interesting egos and motivation issue to pick two from BT, Lambert, Connolly and Barnard!
-
well skates are really struggling to sell season tickets so don't think people have switched to that product due to lack of advertising!
-
This is the trouble with signing players too early! We should have waited!!! Why oh why is AP so influenced by Alpine?
-
none - just prolongs process so they cannot sign in this window or re-sign likes of James
-
pardew saying Lallana had injection in his knee and didn't want to push him as he is going to be big player for us this season
-
we always finish strongly!
-
sorry.

Michael Owen -trialist - kept that one quiet!

Antonio did not sign an extension. His contract had a clause in it allowing Reading to extend the contract he had already signed. He has done nothing. Reading would be mugs not to action that clause as now they have the option of keeping him or deciding on the fee. Saints have approached Reading for a permanent move. Leeds looked a more likely option for him though.

Because of the levels of debt involved, HMRC could appeal Pompey's 20p in the pound offer, while Palace get away with a farcical 1p-in-the-pound deal. Inequalities? You bet. Fair? Not a chance. An uncomfortable couple of days lie ahead for those with royal blue in their veins. Hopefully the news will be good, and common sense will win the day. If that's not the case it will be time for all who care about this club to tell HMRC just what they feel about their actions. This club is too important to let the Revenue rip it to pieces without having a fight to contend with.

think bookies realise the players we slag off saying not good enough for back up are probably good enough for half the 1st 11s in this league!
-
thought people looked forward to the demise of Lowe/Crouch etc so we could forget about the board and talk football! notice some post numerous posts on anything to do with Cortesse tickets etc but not once when we sign a player!
-
how can they be meeting James, offering him a contract and be awaiting his decision? http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/frattonlatest/Lampitt-hails-Jamo39s-character-as.6412179.jp

first 11 is sorted, and very good. May improve it, if suitable player available. Signings are needed for back up so early signings not so important. Early days - chill and get excited about the season!
-
huge amount of signings are after the season starts
-
two decent signings so far, Lambert didn't sign until 10th August and he did ok!

its an emergency - know we are broke - but really need Englands keeper on silly money in CCC!
-
seems some are up in arms over our ticket prices when we get in premiership! You couldn't make it up
-
still with more fact and more importance when running a club than issues you raised! BTW can't remember anyone giving him the 100% glowing praise you are responding to??
