definately more than possible / achieveable. Will be hard and won't be surprised if form drops. Simply put, ever since we have had this team - with signings etc - form has been good enough to get us into playoff battle.

changing to a 4/3/3 type formation a few weeks ago coincided exactly with our improved performance. Pardew seems to use both to vary the game. Simply put - its working, current form shows that, so I am happy. If I was manager would probably opt for simpler 4/4/2 but he knows better!
