my guess is no more than most other chairman - in that the manager answers to him and discusses general plans etc. Doubt if he has anything to do with match day

we defending badly today but also luck was not on our side

rubbish. when I first went and stood in the chocolate boxes I didn't know nor care who was in the boardroom, I still go to watch the 11 in red and white. If you don't fancy it, can't afford it, find the football too depressing, only like premiership -fair enough but don't pretend it is because of someone sat in the stands - who was there when we sold out in premiership and went to FA cup final

seem to remember is was quite hard to get cup final tickets - and how long had Lowe been in by then?!! If we get promoted with Lowe still here (not that I think it is likely) even if he was even more arrogant and dismissive of fans we would sell out. The crowds are a result of delining support due to years of crap football in a lower league.

should be more wary of what sources he trusts then;) one thing to say heard bit of rumour, or say you are making assumptions but all of these posters from Saint-lee as the first I was reading on here to this one, post as fact - and its not. I tend to suspect not many of these posters, and we all know who they are, are posting in good faith and being let down but are actually making things up / embellishing stories for their ego. As I said before all the factual stuff that came out through statements and stock market announcements was missed by the ITKs, for example those saying they were close to the directors etc knew nothing of the joint letter re SISU etc. We will all keep reading each one as we live in hope of a brighter future but I wish people would stop playing with supporters emotions for the benefit of their ego. I feel better now!

due to ALL ITKs being shown to be attention seeking liars I was sceptical, until I noticed that on 7 October, £3.73 was spent on 14 shares - surely significant?

I can't say I would be chuffed if my reward for paying up front for years was to pay more than I could by keeping my cash for longer and buying each week.

caught the end of it, KH from Seymour Price, was talking about takeovers and investment. Heard end of Villa talk then him saying don't expect many, if any, more like Man C. Anyone hear earlier stuff, did he talk about saints takeover talks/finances? Guess if mentioned us would have been posted by now.
