Lambert cost an initial £800k. No they didn't. They had a squad of players who would have stayed up last season comfortably with a non-useless manager. A downward spiral for a whole 3 games. 11 "average" players that would get in nearly every team in this league and many teams in the Championship.

Where are the facts to back up that statement? Even allowing for inflation, when I passed my test in 2000, the price of a litre of unleaded petrol was about 75p. I paid 117p on Saturday. That's a 56% increase...

Chrome does bookmark synchronisation, which saves your bookmarks within your Google account and reloads them into Chrome wherever you are, which accomplishes pretty much the same thing. I would presume the Google Toolbar saves them in the same place, so try turning bookmark syncing on. Hopefully a right-minded individual can create a theme for Chrome that is similar to the Firefox persona

Badly-written article, no more, no less. The only circumstance that they would not pursue the case in its current form is if the appointment of the administrator is proven to be valid, but nothing has been said in a statement by either party to suggest this is the case yet. If the appointment is valid, they'll be deducted 9 points and the winding-up petition will be stayed - not dropped. They certainly wouldn't "drop" the case, i.e. say "no, don't worry about all that money you owe us", anyone seriously thinking they've done that is on another planet.

It really isn't. It's safe, but then so is any other browser if you use it sensibly. It's no easier or harder than any other browser. It's certainly not the fastest, particularly in the latest version (3.6). Hideous memory leaks all over the place, I managed to get it to use 1.7GB of RAM last week, and as a result am no longer using it. Google Chrome now has my attention...

Chester being wound up should be looked as a positive for the fans, they've been pleading with the Football League, Football Conference and FA to take action against their owners for ages. It now allows them to make a fresh start without the nasty smell of Stephen Vaughan hanging around the club running it into the ground.
