  1. Just been looking back through Soccerbase, and we scored 5 (or more) in consecutive home league games in the 1983/1984 season. 28th April 1984: Saints 8-2 Coventry 7th May 1984: Saints 5-0 Tottenham However, there was an away game sandwiched between them, a 1-1 draw at Stoke. Will look further back for actual consecutive games tomorrow, unless someone gets there before me
  2. "Wow" is all I have to say tonight
  3. It wouldn't end well...
  4. I didn't consciously use the same format, to be honest - I nicked the "we're all off to " bit from the Football Ramble, but it seemed to make the most sense to do the show in a chronological order.
  5. Can't speak for the others, but I do listen to Football Weekly. The Football Ramble is another on my iTunes subscriptions list.
  6. Congratulations to the Mirror for spotting something everyone else had seen three months ago
  7. This week's podcast is now available to download. This week, myself, Dan Kerins and Rob Chandler look back at the three games last week, have another glance towards the other end of the M27 and fight Bridgey's corner in Terrygate. 9. No, I've booked a first-class return to Manchester
  10. Given that Peter Storrie should, as the man in charge of running the club, have conducted due dilligence on the people he was bringing into the club as owners (and, in the case of Gaydamak, continued to do so on a regular basis), I would imagine the "officials had used all due dilligence to avoid the happening of that event" bit won't count here.
  11. I think there's confusion over who was awarded our second goal in the league game against Bristol Rovers. Lambert's header crossed the line, Papa Waigo made sure, but on the night the goal was given to Papa Waigo.
  12. Zing!
  13. That's strange - is it possible your work have put in some sort of blocker that doesn't work for IE6, which is of course the root of all evil? Have you tried in any other browsers, such as Opera or Google Chrome?
  14. Admin at 10.30 according to Solent...
  15. Quote of the day from a poster on a Pompey forum:
  16. And if your suspicion is correct, would that not be illegal?
  17. Potentially.
  18. Not stopped Pompey's owners before, tbf...
  19. You have a PM
  20. Worth pointing out that the bloke they interviewed there is the same bloke who wrote this article: http://fansonline.net/pompey-fans/article.php?id=6 Epic fail
  21. Terry turns his back on Bridge...
  22. OP updated with lineups and current squad numbers, will update when I get more emails. Still some people not replied to tell me how they'll be paying as well. If you've not received the email from me with the payment details, please let me know ASAP.
  23. As many people told you would happen. How did that sand taste, by the way? To be fair, it's probably a more realistic prediction than any of yours over the last few years...
