  1. Rob, I sent it to the wrong address, have now resent. Have also resent to the other two, but definitely got the addresses right first time, so check your spam folders etc.
  2. You'll still see thread titles that the ignored user has started, but any posts in those threads (and any other threads) will be blanked out.
  3. There's still at least 20,000 tickets left, to be fair, although I can't imagine there will be many outside the upper tier left when it gets to non-STHs.
  4. The OS Twitter feed says more than 20,000 have been sold. By my reckoning (comparing the original list of blocks on the OS and the available blocks on the online ticket system), these are the sections that are already sold out: • Blocks 227-231 - £58 tickets • Blocks 120-123 - £44 tickets • Blocks 124-127 - £44 tickets • Blocks 140-143 - £44 tickets • Blocks 232-238 - £44 tickets • Block 231 - £44 tickets • Blocks 120-123 - £34 tickets • Blocks 124-127 - £34 tickets • Blocks 132-135 - £34 tickets • Blocks 140-143 - £34 tickets • Blocks 124-127 - £24 tickets • Blocks 128-131 - £24 tickets • Blocks 140-144 - £24 tickets
  5. £1m per year. Even Chainrai wouldn't get away with charging £12m a year rent when he acquired the ground for £10m
  6. Not a clue, I'm using Firefox 3.6 and it's working fine for me. Is it doing this for any other sites you use regularly, particularly those you might have usernames/passwords stored?
  7. Seems fair. After all, without him, AFC Portsmouth would never have come to fruition...
  8. It also didn't make a blind bit of difference, you do realise that, don't you?
  9. But could they sell season tickets? We either couldn't or chose not to all through the summer, when that could have kept the club going rather than relying on handouts.
  10. Everyone should have received an email with payment details. I need a reply from everyone telling me how they're paying, and 3 preferred squad numbers. Currently, I've only received 10 replies. Spades, you won't have received an email as your address kept bouncing - I'll message you on Facebook.
  11. I loved the bit where the spokesman said something like "well we've got until Monday, so it's likely to be nearer the weekend when we know more" and Jim White said "well, Phil, it all sounds very exciting". "Exciting" wouldn't be the word I'd use in that situation, to be fair!
  12. Surely if it's a Pompey quiz night, it'll be a tenner a team, £100 for the winner, £70 for second place and £10 back for everyone else
  13. Wasn't he liable for 10% of the debt as part of the al-Mirage takeover?
  14. Got my 12
  15. OK, slight re-jig of the away team, bigdavewatson now has 90 minutes at centre-back, Robsk II comes in for 45 minutes in midfield: GK: REDARMY79 RB: GenevaSaint (45) CB: The Flying Finn CB: bigdavewatson LB: JustMike RM: Arizona (45) CM: prideofthesouth CM: Noodles (45) LM: Scudamore (45) ST: stevegrant ST: Um Bongo (45) --- RB: Delmary (45) RM: Robsk II (45) CM: DrZuess1979 the 2nd (45) LM: stusdad (45) ST: St Hando (45)
  16. There were about 8 people who put left or right midfield down ahead of you. Everyone is in one of their three chosen positions.
  17. I *think* it would go something like this... 2 relegated from Premier League, 3 promoted from Championship = 20 teams in Premier League, 23 in Championship; 2 relegated from Championship, 3 promoted from League One = 24 in Championship, 23 in League One 3 relegated from League One, 4 promoted from League Two = 24 in League One, 23 in League Two 1 relegated from League Two, 2 promoted from Blue Square Premier = 24 in League Two, 23 in Blue Square Premier. However, Chester City's pending expulsion from the BSP may help them even the numbers up as they could then have 22 teams in the BSP next season.
  18. Kickoff will be 6.45pm. Not sure on the floodlights, if the weather's like last year I'd hope they'll put them on, but if it's "normal" end of May weather, we shouldn't need it. It only got so murky last year as it was a particularly cloudy and muggy day. All places are now filled, and these are the provisional lineups: HOME TEAM (manager: nickh) GK: Spades RB: Minty CB: bpsaint (45) CB: ooohTerryHurlock (45) LB: Neilza RM: Andy Porter (45) CM: INFLUENCED.COM CM: saintsforlife7 (45) LM: sotonjoe ST: RedAndWhite91 (45) ST: B Rabbit --- CB: magnet (45) CB: SaintDonkey (45) CM: forever a red and white (45) RM: Danny (45) ST: Foxy (45) AWAY TEAM (manager: dubai_phil) GK: REDARMY79 RB: GenevaSaint (45) CB: The Flying Finn CB: bigdavewatson (45) LB: JustMike RM: Griffo CM: prideofthesouth CM: Noodles (45) LM: Scudamore (45) ST: stevegrant ST: Um Bongo (45) --- RB: Delmary (45) CB: stusdad (45) CM: DrZuess1979 the 2nd (45) LM: Arizona (45) ST: St Hando (45) As I said previously, I've not been able to accommodate everybody in their preferred time slot, so my apologies to those who asked for 90 minutes but only have 45 minutes - at least I've saved you £120 I will be emailing everybody shortly with details on how to pay
  19. I think that was the only pub in the whole of Norwich that had Sky when I stayed for the weekend there when we won 1-0 in 2007
  20. Compleat Angler is usually alright, there's also a massive Wetherspoons on the Riverside complex, both of which are a minute or two from the station.
  21. You didn't say whether you were willing to play at the back...
  22. And of course you've been absolutely spot-on with your fortune-telling :smt033
  23. Probably record Sunday week, released Monday (1st March)
  24. Now open to Registered Users as well as Full Members, only two 45-minute places (defensive positions) remain available.
