  1. I R Fktard. Serves me right for just pressing Ctrl+V expecting it to be the right link...
  2. Ronseal. http://www.zavvi.co.uk/zavvi/10053714.product
  3. He'll get a 3-game ban for the stamp and probably a large fine for the celebration.
  4. I'd wager some serious money that the "demo" of CM2010 has less bugs than the launch release of FM2010.
  5. Yep, taxi is arriving at 1pm
  6. And the collective genii in charge of the game will probably phase out the 50-over format over the next few years...
  7. UEFA only want to stop international transfers for under-18s. They would find it very difficult to prevent domestic transfers, IMO.
  8. Poke will be ineligible. Quite happy with that draw, the game will almost certainly be on Tuesday 6th October. My birthday
  9. Really hope we don't get Bournemouth, their fans will be unbearable regardless of the result.
  10. Aldershot or Hereford away please.
  11. We also paid a fee for Walcott.
  12. They hate him, and as far as I'm aware he's being sent back here. On his debut, he was lobbed on two occasions from about 10 yards with headers and on Saturday he parried a shot about as powerful as Scotland straight into the path of the oncoming striker.
  13. http://www.fifa.com/aboutfifa/federation/administration/news/newsid=1097777.html Chelsea have been banned from signing anyone until 2011 after they were found guilty of inducement to breach a contract when they poached Gael Kakuta from Lens. Oops
  14. I challenge anyone to say they saw this one coming...
  15. Been to the Valley more times than I care to remember, so I'll be giving it a miss this time in favour of saving money for the longer away trips and the decorating I've been putting off for the last 3 months :smt017
  16. I can only presume that they thought "if we can't see it, we're not going to be able to score any runs". Looking out the window here, it's pretty gloomy. Not sure how many overs were left, but probably barely enough with decent light (hence sending Lumb in to open), let alone with dodgy light.
  17. 140 to win. Surely can't be enough time, sadly
  18. It's rather convenient that a Scot is rather high up in UEFA to push this through... It's bizarre that he's potentially looking at a two-match ban when he'd have only got a yellow card if the referee had seen that he'd dived at the time. I've no issue with punishing cheats retrospectively, but the punishment has to be consistent with the punishment they'd receive at the time. If that means upgrading a "dive" offence to a red card, so be it, although I suspect that might make referees much more hesitant to make that sort of decision.
  19. I can't believe it's now 9 years since I did my GCSEs
  20. http://www.cricinfo.com/england/content/current/story/422403.html As it says on the tin, really. What a bunch of complete mongs we have running the county game in this country.
  21. Storrie has hilariously stitched himself up. He's spent the last couple of weeks discrediting the fake doctor (even more than the doc was doing himself) only for him to do a deal behind his back
  22. Apparently Dawson will replace Carberry at the top of the order against Somerset...
  23. SSN have since backtracked as the only person who has "confirmed" it is al-Fahim himself via the News, and we know how reliable he is...
  24. You do realise they're £15 if you buy on the day, rather than £10 in advance?
  25. Bad light stopped play, conveniently just after the 10th over has been bowled. We're going along very nicely, so if there's no further play I'd expect us to have won on D/L quite comfortably.
