One of those games we'll probably still lose 4-0 or something. But have to be pleased with some of our play. Certainly more positive than recent weeks.

No wonder City have scored so many this season. They are so sharp coming forwards. Giving their midfield too much of the ball at the moment.

City are going to score at some point. Probably more than once. But we are putting in a good shift and looking decent went coming forwards.

1) Can't see him being sacked this side of January. No word from the club about any discontent. 2) No-one I guess. 3) We have virtually no information on Gao or his thoughts or activities. 4) Eric Black?

I'd be very surprised if he is sacked this side of January. No signs of discontent among the leadership. If they were going to get rid they'd have done it by now.

This is what does my head in most. For the last few years we've played the exact same formation and looked less and less dangerous.

Even against those other teams we've not look dangerous. We just keep putting out the same tired formation and expecting different results.

With the fixtures coming up I really can't see what difference it'll make.

Was a solid effort. We have some good players, just not enough.

Losing today is to be expected. Liverpool at home.. a lot of teams will get nothing. Unfortunately we've already squandered the "easier" games. This is what concerns me most. Still only 2-0.
