Yeah, from Luker. 700 had been sold as of 3pm on Monday, so another 700 sold in about 48 hours. David reckoned we'd only sell another 100 more as he didn't think there was a lot of time left til the game, still Thursday & Friday to go yet though so would hope for 1800 atleast!

A little underwhelmed but heyho, in Pards we trust. Good that he can play left back as we haven't really got any other adequate cover for Dan Harding. Perhaps this means Fish Mills will be going out on loan again also? Hopefully we can offload both of Thomas & Lancashire & then still bring in Ward. Ideally we want 2 players per position. Murty (James) - Fonte (Ward) - Jaidi (Perry) - Harding (Seaborne) ?

Don't think we need to be moving Jaidi anywhere, he's been immense for the most part. If we sign Ward then I'd imagine it spells the end for Thomas. Signing Stock &/or Danns would mean getting rid of Gillett & Pulis. I think we should keep Wotton, whilst not the best footballer he does bring a lot of experience & will be a help to the youngsters. Need to get rid of Saga, we could be spending his £10k or whatever wages a week on somebody else, release or if we can get some £££ for him even better. Send Pato out on loan imo. Think we need another left back to provide better back up to Harding as Mills' cameo the other week suggests he's not good enough. If Holmes goes too then we need an out & out left winger to replace him. According to the BBC weather forecast heavy rain is due in Johannesburg all week so a draw looking likely even at this early stage, which is all we need to win the series of course!

Agree with all of the above. Don't get me wrong I love getting cheap beer from the supermarkets as much as the next person but I don't like seeing pub after pub closing down. I was up my local last Friday night & there was no more than half a dozen people in there, not long ago it used to be heaving at weekends, not any more though. The pub is a great British tradition & the government needs to act fast to stop it dying imo.
