+1. 6am train to Waterloo for me + 2 others, already got Euston to Carlisle tickets but more than happy to do a group save with you guys from Southampton to Waterloo on the day!

I too renewed mine on Friday, nothing in the post today. Emailed Luker earlier & he told me they were starting to send ST's out today & tomorrow.

On sale from next Monday to ST holders, general sale the week after.

3 of us going up, could always sort something out of the station between us all!

Never been on a virgin train before, whats the grub like? A nice full english would go down a treat to help with the very early start, oh & a few cans of carling!

So come the 8th August, what would you starting line up be to face Millwall? Lets assume that we sign Murty & JP Saeijs & Stern John gets a new deal, Rasiak & Thomas stay but Lallana & Saga leave. Mine: -----------------------Davis------------------------- Murty-------Thomas-----------Saeijs-------------Mills Thomson-----Gillett----------Schnerderlin-------Holmes --------------Rasiak-----------John------------------ Subs: Bialkowski, Perry, James, Wotton, Gobbern, Paterson, White Hopefully we can sign a new right winger before this & another striker to give us a bit more strength in depth on the bench.

Agreed. Worryingly though when we started pre-season Wotte stated that they were getting straight into ball work so I'm not sure whether they have paid to much attention to the fitness side of things. Hope I'm wrong though.

Could be a good shout, would be decent back up to Rasiak & Stern John.

Following areas need strengthening imo: Left Back, Right Back (Murty?), 1 more CB (assuming Saeijs also signs), Right & Left wing & possibly 1 more striker. Always said, 2 players per position is the way to go. At the moment the squad looks like this in that respect: GK: Davis, Bialkowski, Forecast, Poke - Atleast 1 of the latter 3 will have to go, we don't need 4 keepers. RB: L James, Sign Graeme Murty & this position is sorted. LB: Joseph Mills, need another LB to give him abit of competition CB: Thomas & JP Saeijs assuming he signs to be 1st choice, Perry & Lancashire as back up altho would prefer getting somebody like Alan Bennett instead of Lancashire. RM: Very weak here atm IMO, only got Thomson who from what i saw against Totton isn't quite gd enough, back up maybe but not for starters so a new right winger needed. LM: If Holmes can stay fully fit this season i think he'll be brilliant in L1, typical winger who gets to the byline. He'll need some competition here tho so maybe a new left winger altho Oscar Gobbern could easily fill that void. CM: Gillett & Schnerderlin first choice i think, Wotton back up for Morgan, looks like Lallana is off so an attacking midfielder would be gd. CF: Expect Saga to go but i think we may be able to keep Rasiak along with offering Stern John a new deal, Paterson as back up so room for 1 more striker i think.

Forecast for me, although i doubt Bialkowski will want to play 2nd fiddle in L1 so it may be him that leaves.

Just spoken to the ticket office, anybody renewing their season ticket will get a FREE ticket for the Ajax game!

I'd have thought they would be on sale straight away this morning, can't see anything on the OS yet though. Sensible pricing will hopefully see a big crowd, no more than a tenner for adults surely?

Just had an idea, how about a mosaic in the Kingsland stand, red & white stripes with 'Thank You Markus' written across it. Think that would go down very well with the new owner!

+1. I'd imagine tickets will be put on sale either today or tomorrow at some point & at cheap prices considering it's a friendly. Lets fill the stadium & really give him something to show off to his mates!
