Trouble is I'm not sure if Puel knows our best team. We don't play our best team and then rest players when necessary. We play two completely different teams. Will be interesting to see what happens when the number of games we have to play drops.

Puel out. Unless we win Thursday when he should stay for ever. Until next Sunday if we don't win he should go again.

With goals so hard to come by will be interesting to see if Puel tries to change the formation in the 2nd half. Would like to see for us to really go for it.

I'm hoping we will drop Redmond for this. His form and confidence has dropped dramatically and I think he needs to start coming on from the bench.

Interesting no Redmond at all as well. McQueen will probably play his role tonight?

Just hope we play with more urgency and purpose. What worries me is we seem very easy to set up against. If a team sit back we struggle to get behind their defence. If i had to put money on a result I would go for a draw.

Can't be bothered to hate Koeman. After a while you have to start believing it when people say it's not me it's you.

If you sell your best players and let your managers leave you are going to lose the majority of games to the top 4/5 teams. We are playing well and Puel has set us up to win more than we lose. We can't challenge the Chelsea's of this world with our strategy though.

Let Austin play in the box - there is no point him peeling onto the right wing. Puel over complicates at times.

Hopefully our system will suit and we get a win. A win will really lift everybody (those who need lifting anyway!) and we can move onto the weekend. I would probably drop Redmond and try a different combination upfront.

But as I said they only lost one player; all the others are still at the club. We would have sold three or four in their position.

Really don't think you can compare us to Leicester. They lost one player, their manager signed a new contract and they spent some money.

Not great; manager more worrying.

Fair enough; just don't think we will be laughing at them for long. Best to move on i think.

Puel can prove all us doubters wrong. You can't expect us not to comment until 10 games into his reign though. Former managers have been criticised for not having a plan b; Puel is yet to demonstrate he has a working plan a.

Would work if we played one up front and two defensive midfielders. Not in the diamond though.

I'm trying to come up with a list of players who constantly score from long range - i've only come up with Le Tiss and Roy Race so far. Unfortunately both have retired. Any others?

People are concerned. The only person that can prove them wrong is Puel; the vast majority hope to be proved wrong. What i find annoying is the posters that are trying to rewrite last season. We finished 6th and will probably not ever have a better season in the league. Please happy clappers stop trying to rewrite history to prove all is good now.

They need to sack Puel now before this crazy experiment goes any further [emoji17]

Wish we had signed him 12 months ago - think he would have looked even better playing with better players and in a more positive system.

I think the frustration comes from the fact after a great last season we were all hoping that we would not have to go through another depressing pre-season. I don't care what you post on here, if you were told after the Man City game what was going to happen next it would have wiped the smile of your face. Just hope we get a player in we can all get excited about.

Footballs all about opinions. Hopefully in a few months he will have won everyone over and people can get back on picking on individual players!
