I see what you mean thanks to Google Maps. So now I have a question about coming off J3 Eastbound and carrying on to the M271 southbound. Now there are no arrows on the road or any signage saying which lane to get. As traffic is normally heavy I get in the left hand lane and carry on round the roundabout in the left hand lane. It seems to annoy other drivers for some reason despite the fact that there is clearly two lanes and no lane markings indicating that one should move over or not...

Oh, she is very much on the mend, thanks. One thing that has always struck me about our numerous hospital trips is that there always seems to be someone worse of than you, yet they're always smiling. I guess in my daughter's case (she's only 2) she knows no different but when you're 6+.... And to put the cynicism in perspective, we were in PGH last year when the Bournemouth lads swung by, they were visibly affected by what they saw, whether it was contractual or not matters not a jot, it's the reaction when they get there that counts....

Ah feck, agile/scrum methodology, you're fecked..... I work as a DBA and they tried to foist scrum/agile/whatever it wants to be called on my team. It didn't work because we don't work that way. I was very resistant to the idea and made my resistance known (in a proper constructive way), didn't take long for my worries to be proved right. Agile works in a very rapid development environment, if you're not developing it doesn't work. You could say the google working way is having nice furniture for you to sit down and discuss "work" with your colleagues, also a cool slide between floors is a must.
