I keep reading about how we could get reinstated if they go pop next week. Surely this can't happen. If it is proved that they have been trading insolvently for a period of time (which is pretty obvious) then all the other clubs they have knocked out would also have a claim to be reinstated would they not? The only sensible and workable solution would be to give a bye to whoever they draw in the next round.

Have managed to avoid this thread for a couple of days. Can anyone briefly fill me in? Are they dead yet? Have they been taken over? How the f u c k can they sign another player when a judge has said they are trading illegally?

the skates their share of the gate receipts, according to SSN. Now I would never suggest we delayed paying until after the court date, or maybe we should just send it straight to HMRC seeing as thats where it will end up, just cut out the middle man;)
