  1. No we are all too busy arguing on here
  2. http://fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=554968 Think you may all find a few nuggets of amusement from this thread that is also being discussed on BHA's North Stand Chat
  3. With that team Schneiderlin, Wanyama and Cork will need to start chipping in with a few goals
  4. Go on then own up - who has started the rumour about Shaqiri
  5. With Cork promoting the new kit - does that mean he will get a new contract and not leave
  6. Yaya Toure looking like he will be leaving City - He'll do
  7. Goalkeeper rating of 3 - isn't that better than Gazzaniga's
  8. Yes but what he wont have encountered is the wit of the English terraces - when hears his name being called out in a comical way everytime he touches the ball - he'll fall in love with us and never leave
  9. I didnt think we were making appointments of people that didnt speak English - Sammy Lee needs Poch's translator
  10. To be fair he was probably under the impression that he would have a team to manage when he started - he's clearly filling time until one turns up
  11. Antti Niemi has just been announced as the new goal keeping coach for Brighton and Hove Albion we should of grabbed him
  12. I wonder if he will tweet any pictures of nuns that we can use on the match day thread to give us a bit of luck
  13. i'll 2nd that - get him onboard - one of the only posters worth reading
  14. the best thing to come out of tonight is that cant see Suarez starting for Liverpool - RM got to put in a 80m bid for him
  15. Veho and the jewellers from Winchester??
  16. Im not really up on Mancini - how many of these were actual real achievements for the team - EG the Premier League on the last day of the season wasn't a massive achievement for a team with 1£Bn invested in it and the Turkish cup is that like the equivalent of Celtic winning the Scottish cup - this is a genuine question im not slating him
  17. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2513371/Guy-Whittingham-sacked-Portsmouth-manager.html
  18. interesting that you choose experience - I think this is a dated concept - I go for robust masculinity
  19. this is why He is noted for his exuberant personality, range of interests and achievements, and his leadership of the Progressive Movement, as well as his "cowboy" persona and robust masculinity
  20. Timothy Cowman - doesnt look real to me
  21. I have been through my seven stages of emotion and I would now say this might be the best scenario - he is getting on a bit and his form will start to drop - supporters (used in its broadest possible sense) have already start to get on his back - it could have been a long painful decline from grace for both us and him - it is therefore fitting that he accomplished our 5 year plan together and left after a good season and playing in the world cup - I dont think I have ever seen a bad word written about him on any other forum and the shear look of joy on his face in an England shirt has given many non saints fans butterflies in their stomachs - He leaves on a high and will always be remembered that way Thanks for the memories Rickie
  22. Krueger is getting all the flak because he has come out and done a couple of interviews and sounded clueless, however it is Reed that is meant to be in control of recruitment, contracts, selling players - so I lay the blame squarely on him - I think one of his biggest errors is not sorting the contracts for Cork and Fonte - how difficult can that be - Also I assume its Reed that is meant to be communicating with the players - nobody is actually doing it and this is what is unsettling the whole team
  23. The point is the players we are selling are proven goal scorers in the PL - they could easily get replaced with the likes of Osvaldo and Gastons - expensive imports that fail to cope with the PL
